Bretonia Mining & Fabrication,
Mr. Steve Malmsteen,
It is great to contact you again Steve. Allow me to get directly to the business. We have established some good contracts with your respected corporation and also your engineers worked hard to mount the fine products which we purchased from your corporation. We would like to initiate the second phase of the construction of our Nebula Research Lab. We are requesting a shipment of 20,000 Plasfoam Conduits crates which can be shipped from your installation at the Omega-3 system. We understand that other corporations do sell the materials we need, but we prefer dealing with the largest Bretonia corporation around.
Business is business, so we offer the sum of 750 credits for every shipment delivered. We would like your engineers to be present too for the mounting process, and we would like to remind you that you can use our Logistics Delivery Hub for reporting your deliveries accurately so no mistakes can happen. We will wait for your reply and thank you for your business.
Bretonia Mining & Fabrication,
Mr. Steve Malmsteen,
That was indeed an honest mistake and on behalf of our CEO, Sara Tanaka, we would like to apologize for that honest mistake. There was a mistake at the prices list which caused a delay in changing the prices at our trading terminal before your transporters arrive. We promise that this mistake will never happen again. We are aware of your calculations and we believe that the NSE owes your respected corporation a sum of 5,000,000 credits. We will send double the amount required as compensation for any possible errors that might have happened because of our price list error.
We appreciate very much the gifts sent by your corporation. Your engineers' work is very accurate and professional and shall not be given for free, so we appreciate very much the value of the gift given. Thank you and we always looking forward to establishing more contacts with Bretonia Mining & Fabrication. I attached a payment document showing the transfer of 10,000,000 credits to your respected company account. Thank you for your business and until the next contract Mr. Malmsteen.
