You wish me luck, I wish you good health. Despite our different factions. Unfortunately, I didn't get that luck because I was almost immediately stopped by on of your policemen "Kyo_Abe" so I couldn't give chase on those smugglers.
I wish to contact you in hopes that we can come to an understanding and possibly help each other. Due to your willingness to let me take over the chase and not immediately shoot at me. Possibly work together to bring down the outcast menace that has plagued the sector for ages. Before we can move on to things like that some things need to be cleared up. The police officer who stopped me said some very concerning things. One, He called me genocidal and a pirate. Plus that we WORK WITH THOSE SLAVERS THE OUTCASTS. To all of those I can say we are not, for we fight all who fall properly into that description. Now, it might just be him cause then he started spouting about a show about some tentacle monster show which really confused me.
I wasn't able to stay longer due to those runners coming back with outcasts and dragons on their tail out numbering me. But life is precious and I hope he made it back safely.
I wish to hear a response from you though I expect I never will

Kon'nichiwa.
There are places for skirmishes and there are places for conversations.
As we encountered you, we saw a single patrol vessel likely responding to the turmoil caused by this runners. There was no reason to show aggression towards a single fighter craft.
The differences between the house Kusari and the Crayter Republic unfortunately have their origin among your high command, thus until a formal agreement between the Kaigun, the Kusari Diet and the Crayter Republic has been reached, your wish for direct cooperation against Malta and everyone aiding them will not come true and potential hostilities will occur in the future.
Be assured that Outcasts are much higher on our priority list than vessels belonging to the Crayter Republic though and will always face the wrath of Kusari before Crayterian vessels for as long as your vessels show the intention of taking down Outcast vessels as primary targets as well.
The case of the Police Officer Kyo Abe you described there, is slightly unsettling as Kusari is well aware of the Crayter Republic opposing the Outcasts in the Tau sector, pretty much like anyone else. Nevertheless, it is not my duty to teach an unexperienced Police Officer about politics, I assume he was just pulled into this mess by chance. Police Officers are usually advised to stand clear of border systems anyways.
