Parental Details
Anatoly Kutuzov was an anti-war activist whom wanted to bring the Sirius Sector together under the Coalition by educating and helping those see the truth, KKB operatives reported he was quite a nuisance for Bretonia Civilian Police Forces, his goals laudable believing that shooting and killing potential allies turns them away unfortunately did not take reality into account. Anatoly achieved citizenship via marriage to Ilya's mother, Sandra, another anti-war protestor. While Anatoly was a Bretonia Citizen, he remained a steadfast Coalition Patriot, feeding useful intelligence and allies to KKB operatives on New London.
Anatoly Kutuzov was an Intelligence agent for the KKB, using deep cover methods. Further details Sequestered.
Final Remarks
Risk factor is low, Ilya Kutuzov, while new to the Coalition has the potential to meet or exceed his family's contribution to the Peoples Revolution. Struggle, sacrifice and duty are in his blood.

Training instructor report Summary:
Cadet Kutuzov has shown an aptitude for planning and organisation, his combat skills are above average, he tends to out think his enemies instead of charging in. During simulated battles and wargames with other cadets his experience at "pulling pranks" was clearly evident, creative use of situation and resources to create surprises for his enemies. I foresee a future in High Command or Strategic Services.
Personal Diary Entry
I have passed my trials and received my first commission as Lieutenant, my Partisan light fighter has been upgraded to the Insurgent configuration Very Heavy Fighter and received my first mission from Captain Ikmenov, It is tradition for all newly commissioned officers to take pilgrimage to the wreck of the Hispania, you must navigate dangerous space and circumnavigate around Corsair patrols and Nomads, I performed my duty well I took pictures for my Scrapbook.
It turns out this rite of passage is optional and was meant to be completed when I was ready for a promotion, so because I performed that duty with honour, avoided confrontation and brought back a small piece of shrapnel for the New Moscow Museum, I was promoted to Senior Lieutenant and my Fighter was upgraded to the Revolution configuration Bomber. I foresee the death of many enemies of the revolution. Fancy that! Not too long ago I was a nobody toiling on an asteroid miner and avoiding the junior officer's drunken tirades.
I will codify my adventures getting here, The Commissars are interested in sharing my journey with others and using it to help encourage others to join, I will give them what I can, at least it's not the intelligence officers again, as necessary as they are, they scare me, but I suppose that is their job.

Personal Diary Entry
I received a promotion to Commander and sent for Destroyer command training, it is exciting in a way, I never thought to actually be able to command anything bigger than my bomber, It will be some time before I am allowed to command one full time, for now I am authorised when required.
My brother and I are having a difficult time together, accepting me as his brother, it will take time, my brother works in the factories, he builds lots of different things, he accepted that job to stay close to our grandparents and look after them, something the Coalition sees as deeply honourable, here it is considered duty to care for your elders instead of sending them off elsewhere into an institution, there are generations of the same family living together and taking care of eachother, it helps build bonds and shows that we stand together.
It has been a year since I received my commission, and I finally feel home, the stories they used to tell back in Bretonia of forced labour camps and torture are as far away from the truth as it is possible, I am actually more free now than I ever was, no longer a slave to the whims of corporate bosses or worrying about money and paying the bills, the state cares for all my needs and wants, everyone here has chosen to be here, there are no guards keeping us in. I chose to join the army, just like every other volunteer soldier and sailor. We have what the major houses will never have, a shared will and collective vision all working together towards a brighter future for all, not just our profit margins and acceptable losses.
