It has been some time. The war has ended, Gallia has changed. You were our contact prior, so we reach out again. Do you still hold office and status in the Navy? If so, we have words to exchange. The connection will remain open for some time.

Monsieur Darche,
It has been a long time, indeed. I even thought you were dead after what happened to the Kingdom. Many things happened after this, as you know. I am now in command of the Marine Nationale, and therefore part of the Etat-Major of the newly formed Gallic Navy.
I am curious to hear your story since the last time we met, as well as the matters you wish to discuss.
Sincèrement.

Congratulations and condolences to the promotion. I'm certain the Navy is better off with someone like you helping run things.
The story you ask of isn't terribly thrilling. The war was harsh. We continued operation until damages forced us to seek dock for critical repairs. Due to the nature of the damages said dock had to be outside normal protocol.
As to the topic I mean to bring up. The situation has changed. Gallia is no longer in an intense war, even if border skirmishes with the Maltese occur occasionally. This would put our assignment prior to a close. Of assisting the war efforts against Bretonia. My question is what comes next.
Myself and the Pollux team have rebuilt. We are in operation again. The Vatan stands ready. Does Gallia, our home, want us back?

Monsieur Darche,
Merci for your compliments. This is a noble task. The Gallic Navy had the chance of have a war-weary leadership during the conflict with Kusari. And with now the experienced forces contributed by the former Royalist forces, our Gallic Navy will rebuild into a mighty force once more.
I have heard that some skirmishes already happened near the borders against various enemies. Even with the war being over, our missions isn't yet. As for your request, I have been unable to grant you a full access to Gallia yet. However, the drydock of Issoudun Shipyard are ready to welcome you. This should be close enough of your area of operation in the Taus.
I am sure you will appreciate to fight alongside the squadrons of the Marine.
Sincèrement.

While it is disappointing to see true, we understand the need for caution and more time. Issoudun will give us a close enough harbour to the border to assist in engaging in the various skirmishes on going. We'll be mindful of our approach and mooring.
We are putting some risk in once more openly operating for our House, this does close some doors for us. I hope this is kept in mind while we transition back. The Taus are turning into a battleground once more, we'll throw our assets into the fray.
