Greetings to Liberty Security agencies.
Please allow me to introduce myself. I am Jordan Mathers of the Zoner operations unit Delta 4, commanding the Flash Magnus. Our primary mission is to stem the flow of Nomads and Nomad-infected individuals into Sirius house space. My crew has made many inroads against the Nomads recently in uncovering their operations and blocking some of their attempts to assault our planets and systems. We have had a lot of experience combating them in several avenues.
The main reason to which I am contacting you is due to substantially rising Nomad and specifically infected activity in and around Liberty space. Based on information we have gathered recently, we have reason to believe that there may have some sort of secret installation near Liberty space somewhere that they are using to strike against your people. Because of this, we plan to conduct some deep scans and reconnaissance in some areas surrounding Liberty and we would appreciate it very much if Liberty intelligence ships would assist us in this endeavor.
We hope to locate and gather intel on any installation they may have. Please let us know of your response as soon as possible as we are very interested in working with you.

Greetings,
I apologize for the late reply. Usually one of the other chiefs respond to messages like yourself, but they are currently preoccupied. This finding of yours looks promising, and the LIA is most interested in this Wild base you have found. I understand the massive amounts of Nomad activity occurring in and around Liberty space. What intel do you hope to find other than what we all already know about the Wild? Also, do you have a plan to get this intel? In addition, nothing comes for free. What do you want in return for giving us this information? Thanks in advance.

Good day.
Whatever information you may have on possibly compromised military forces would certainly go far in assisting Liberty, however you must understand that you and your information will be looked over with a fine tooth comb. Considering the Zoners from the Omicrons are in frequent contact with alien forces, you can imagine our caution upon accepting and believing any information you have. However, once initial vetting is finished, we would certainly be interested in further cooperation.
We look forward to your response.

Greetings again.
Thank you for your responding to my transmission.
At the moment, we are hoping to find out mainly where they may be coming from and even if that may not be possible to find, we have a very advanced suite of sensor systems that can inspect objects and area with much greater detail than most other ships. With your assistance, our unit has begun planning a search pattern to go to the more distant areas of at least one or two systems surrounding Liberty that we suspect they are using as a base. What we have found so far has pointed out that the Wild are highly adaptive and will try to use almost anything or anywhere possible as a hideout for their activity and also that Wild in different parts of the galaxy seem to have slightly different goals for each area they incur upon. Its likely that the Wild and Nomads operating near Liberty have some sort of goal in mind to either injure Liberty in some way using subterfuge or orchestrate a way of seriously harming Libertonian citizens.
Direct assistance from any Liberty ships willing to help with our search would be greatly appreciated. I can for sure understand your cautious acceptance of our offer, my unit has had to deal with reluctance on many occasions for assistance. Know that any intel gathered will be turned over to Liberty Intelligence firms at the same time. I am really hoping to find a common ground for cooperation here as we are aware that Liberty has some of best intelligence gatherers around.
As for what could be obtained in exchange for cooperation, we would ask very little since we hope to help Sirians everywhere to protect themselves from the Nomads. What we would request though is the official permission, with proper approval of course, to enter your Sovereign systems in the future in order to assist in expunging Nomad threats. I know very well that Liberty has very strict regulations on foreign warships to enter their space but this would only be under emergency circumstances and with alerting other Liberty security ships for escort or prior permission first, if needed.
If such permission is not possible, then I understand, we only wish to help where we can. Apart from that, continued cooperation with Liberty would be greatly appreciated in the long-term.
Thank you for your time and we hope to hear back from you soon.

Greetings,
From our standpoint at the LIA, we would be happy to help. Although we don't control permissions of Zoners in Liberty Space, rest assured we won't provoke and will only attempt to help. This looks like a promising intelligence resource from all sides, and none of us want to get killed by those squids. You have a noble goal, sir, and I commend you for it. We would have to convene as a High Command as to what must be done, but I'm sure it will work out.

Good day.
Direct assistance may not be forthcoming at first, as we prefer to operate within properly organized missions, but we presume that will be part of working with your people. If any of our agents are available, you're welcome to contact them directly and request an escort, or even combat support if you're certain of a dangerous situation.
As for entry to Liberty, the standard laws apply. Fighters, bombers, and gunboat class vessels, as well as transports, are free to enter Liberty so long as they're not from a hostile organization. Anything larger would need permission from the Government, though a shining recommendation from us would make that process very smooth.
We also hope that you will be discrete in both your findings and your activities, as some information is best left away from the publics viewing. Panic over ghosts that may not even exist has never been helpful.
We hope to hear from you again soon.

Hello there.
Thank you for taking the time to consider this. I know that confidentiality is very important with your organizations and will keep all information private between us. We for sure do not want to create any panic by our discoveries.
We greatly appreciate your accepting our offer for assistance and would like to coordinate a joint operation right away. My unit is eager to begin this right away and may coordinate on other secure channels if you prefer. Please let us know if there is any other information you require. Take care.
