Allow me to introduce myself. I am Agent Solandros, an Admiral of the Order Overwatch.

With introductions out of the way, I will get straight to the point:
Some time ago the I reached out to the Brotherhood on behalf of the Overwatch in an attempt to strengthen our ties.
Specifically against our common foes; the Core and Outcasts.

Unfortunately the Brotherhood was focused on their conflict in the Omegas at the time and we agreed to let things remain as they were at the time.

We in the Order have done our best to hold their forces, as well as the Nomads at bay, however with the Nomad threat ever increasing we can only
conclude this situation is not tenable.

It is with that in mind that I reach out to you today with the same proposition as we did the Brotherhood back then:

Let us join forces in the Omicrons against our common foes.

It is indeed true that in the course of recent and not so recent events our strategic courses in Omicrons have come into certain alignment. Our traditional lack of diplomatic relations is, of course, unfortunate. We have been nurturing plans on certain military operations potentially involving Order forces on our side for some time. Considering your kind coming forward with the idea of improving our relations, we see this move as welcomed. We suggest you to come to our HQ, Refugio de Lisboa, located on the low orbit of Planet Mykonos in Omicron Xi, to formally establish diplomatic connections and share a befriending portion of some finest tequila or ouzo (your choice).

At this moment we are ready to offer our help when you decide to tackle Core and/or Outcast threat to your base in Omicron Delta, as well as assist against Nomad incursions in both upper and lower Omicrons. So called, R.L. protocols demanded my undivided attention for some time and I was unable to ignore it.

That said, your words instill me with confidence for our budding cooperation.
