Grand Admiral Golanski, and whom else it may concern:
Richter here.
You'll have received reports that the Erdbeben is active in the Omicrons again. With the civil war at a state of ceasefire and our holdings not immediately threatened, Security Division has taken the flagship out into the Edge again so that your personnel can recuperate and spend time with their loved ones at home.
We intend to keep the battlecruiser in the region for a few weeks to allow the Order crews sufficient R&R time, and will be happy to assist you in any way we can during that period. We've already been on a joint flight, although the alien and Core enemies' capital forces were decimated by Corsairs, leaving no real targets for the Erdbeben.
I can't reassign Epsilon squadron, but it's possible that a small number of ships from Division V or R&D could be made available as well. If you have any specific programs we can assist you with, we will be standing by.

I am glad you have resurfaced, in the chaos Sirius is facing right now we were thinking you gone, perhaps forever. I am assuming this means the resurfacing of your group as an old status quo: staunch Order ally. I appreciate your concern for our crew, it was overdue for them to enjoy some R&R on the surface, some of the personnel were due promotions or even warranted a spot elsewhere in our organization that reflects their tour of duty so far. Naturally, we will allocate you additional liaisons to replace all that we take though I believe your own crew must have become more adept at the intricacies of warship operations.
As it is, you come at opportune time. The Order is looking into expanding our power grid on Akabat. With Sigma 21 becoming a quiet backwater, uranium had become more easily accessible. We’ve opted for fission this time rather than fusion to power our civilian industries. What we need to do as of right now, it is to expand processing plants to manufacture fuel for the new power plants on site. Additionally, there is the matter of constructing those power plants themselves. I believe ALG is not only premiere enterprise in the subject of waste disposal but also excel at utilizing both fresh and recycled MOX. Can The Overwatch count on your technical expertise on this one?

I'm glad to hear you're still out there, Golanski. For once I may have come out of a situation comparably rough to what you're facing.
Your crews have really been through hell, when we started this program, we were envisioning maneuver and tactical training and operations against minor foes.
Nobody at the time would have expected that your crews and our own would end up veterans in wars against not one but two houses. I'd imagine they'll have plenty to tell about the fleet engagements we've been in. They've gone far beyond anything that could have been expected of them; any who intend to follow a different assignment can expect an emotional farewell from our own crew.
The future in Rheinland is still uncertain. A peace treaty is in the works, but I don't know any details. I doubt our common ally the Bundschuh will be granted any sort of amnesty, but the Order certainly won't.
That won't matter to us, we will continue supporting both, even if our support for the former will have to go back underground. Our relations with whatever the postwar state will actually be called are unlikely to be particularly warm.
As for the second part, obviously our company is specialized in the manufacture and maintenance of fission reactors and fuel, so we can undoubtedly be of assistance in that regard, but as Security Director my division can't be of assistance with that. I'll forward the message to the appropriate department, you can expect someone's response who is more qualified.

So I heard the Bundschuh party had been in fact legalized. Never thought any of the ones currently living would see this day. Nevertheless it is still business as usual between ALG and The Order.
The Order Overwatch is currently in the process of constructing a large orbital just beyond the atmosphere of Akabat. Damascus as it is called is a Zero-G force R&D facility. As of now, it is operational albeit not complete, with a Module used to build up the station still attached. At the moment, we are utilizing this Module to build additional elements of infrastructure we can ship back to the surface: this includes the reactors I mentioned.
I will forward this communication to our highly esteemed Commodore Storgen, who among other things oversees our projects within Omicron theatre, including Damascus. Retooling our facility may come with an initial investment cost but we are more than willing to undertake this process.
