I am Advisor Zerveas, a representative on the Science Division in the Technocratic Directorate board. I reach out to you today on behalf of the Technocracy to offer our services and goods, as good will. Although the Gallic Union may not be interested within it, we can offer a source of Azurite Gas to you for study purposes, as well as a supply of medical-purposed augments, specialist equipment & gear, vessel modifications including experimental military upgrades and weapons such as the commonly known SLEDGE cannons, and much more.
We would like to display our interests of our collaboration between your organisation to ensure our mutual prospertity, particularly to ensure we are not underwhelming against our common foes. In light of this, we would like to offer you something that benefit EFL's studies into terraforming. Our Expedition forces discovered a site that was under going sampling from Planetform, citing they have found an unusual substance dubbed the "Rain Maker" - these little organisms nicked "Syringae" by the discoverers have the ability to accelerate the terraforming process by a larger margain. However, these samples are rare, and exceptionally expensive to come by. We have one hundred units that we can sell to you for analysis at a heavy discount at 10,000,000 credits.

Advisor Zerveas,
Antonin de Lusignan, Director of the Security Bureau. The Bureau itself is interested in the so-called Azurite Gas for research purposes. However, the rest of the proposed merchandise is to discuss with the representative of the Government through an official diplomatic channel.
The Enclave and I personally have had the experience of dealing with the Auxesia and therefore proceeding straight to the business: the destination is Calais Research Facility orbiting planet Cucq in Picardy. The pathway to the station is restricted but your transport vessels and their escort will get granted permission to pass. Nevertheless, before docking at the facility they will pass a checkpoint where get checked for unauthorized devices, cargo, passengers. Of course, you have to submit the permit through an official channel.
The "Rain Maker" was better to be proposed straightly to EFL, but if you are looking for our blessing before reaching the Director of the EFL, or a previous check-up of these materials – we can give you both. Name the bank account to direct payment to. Following this, our operative will arrive at the neutral ground for commodity transfer.
On a side note: we would prefer you sort out your moot points with the Core outside the space under our jurisdiction, i.e. not in Zurich or Brittany. The Gallic Union does not care what happens between your groups in the Omicrons, Sigmas, or wherever. This rivalry neither concerns nor interests us and bringing it to our doorsteps does not pose you in good light before the people of Gallia, who prefer Sirius problems to stay in Sirius
Of course, we shall inquire with the diplomatic channels regarding the visas.
In regards to the "Rain Makers" - we believe with the wrong execution, that malicious application may be utilized in the process. It is highly recommended that these heavy samples are analysed more in depth before use and that suitable guidelines are made for your people. It does not harm to guarantee safety of the people. Funds will need to be wired to A/)-Bank, we are more than happy enough to make the trip to Gallia with the goods if so desired. A secure logistics vessel will be ferrying the goods. We must inquire the desired location for the delivery.
Futhermore, to your forewarning, it is a curious one. We have no recorded incidents of conflict within Gallic Space - nor any notable military vessels deployed near the region. We do not intend to sow discord or conflict in your home. It is indeed noted that the Core are rivals to our ideology, and as such, attempts of defamation is to be expected from their organisation. If a valid situation arises where a unit is malfunctioning, please do inform us immediately and we will retrieve it.
The samples are still available for offer, if interested. Upon request, ferrying the goods to Gallia is possible, however it is recommended that a large freighter is available for picking up the goods, due to the sheer girth of the specimen.
Our ferry can make it to the specified system, however coordinates of the position of Tromelin Observatory will be required, we are unsure of its current location.
Our ferry has reached its destination. We apologise for the delay in advance, there was a bit of a hiccup regarding Crayter and Outcast vessels in the way of the vessels destination.
Salutations. The Directorate ponders the possibility of exchange of data, particularly with theories upon reinforced artillery plasma bombardment cannons, namely akin to the kind commonly seen with modifications of the Cerberus turrets, known as Siege Turrets. It is within the Technocracy's interest to further develop into offensive systems in lieu of more hostiles appearing within the Sector.
We are willing to pay for the schematics, if available. Should you have any to offer, we will remember your decision and adjust for favourable opportunities of collaboration in the future.

Keeper Revenant,
I suppose you need those to crack something you dislike? Is this a hostile station or just a big piece of ice like others that your people bringing to Gallia quite often? We can't share schematics with you, I'm afraid. These blueprints are a property of the Gallic Union, however, we can construct a certain number of turrets for your use, should you agree to deliver materials our people require for constructing this weapon. Are you fine with this?
Your proposal is acceptable. I wouldn't worry about usage, this is primarily for defensive purposes. We require four turrets at this moment of time, to whatever destination you require the materials, I am sure our vessels can reach it.
