Inventory has been taken of the defeated Kusari Battleships in both Burgundy and Languedoc, the following is a list of the vessels and the system where they currently reside:
Battleship Yamaguchi is noted for being mostly intact, the vessel seems to have been struck critically and the ship was disabled. The crew appeared to have died from the ship venting into space. It is possible for the ship to be repaired and enter into service once again, but judging by the age of the ship it would be more prudent to replace it.
Battleship Shimada is noted for the reports of it being of the most advanced warships in the Kusari fleet. The ship has received such significant damage that it is beyond the ability to be repaired.
The other Kusari battleships are in various stages of destruction. Preliminary reports suggest that these vessels are beyond repair but may house a wealth of knowledge on Kusari electronics, metallurgy, and weaponry.
The Stratégie et Innovation has designated the Battleship Shimada as the most suitable candidate for reclamation. The division believes that the wreck can offer invaluable insight into Kusari advances in ship construction technology that is currently used in their warships. Additionally, it is believed that further investigation may yield results in the development of domestic H-fuel engines.

The Gallic Security Bureau has warned us of increased Junker activity in the areas of high concentration of debris. We believe that there is a significant chance of lost wreckages to their scavenging operations.
The Gallic Security Bureau have shown interest in the proposal in regards to the Battleship Shimada. Here on in to be separated from Opération Éponger and to be known as Project Jaune.
The Bureau have a undisclosed location suitable to house the wreckage for study, I have informed them that EFL has experts whom are well versed in the need of clandestine projects such as this. It is fair to assume that the location is one of national security, as such the members of the board will not be informed of its whereabouts or methods of entry.

We have taken a further inventory of larger Kusari vessels in both Burgundy and Languedoc. So far, we have accounted for:
Burgundy
Kusari Battlecruisers x 8
Kusari Destroyers x 0
Languedoc
Kusari Battlecruisers x 12
Kusari Destroyers x 2
We further estimate that littered among the battlefield a combined total of 500 Kusari strike-craft and gunboat class ships.
We have taken an initial estimation on the value of the wrecks we currently have, based on the following numbers:
Kusari Battleship x 16 = 8,000,000,000
Kusari Battlecruiser x 20 = 6,400,000,000
Kusari Destroyers x 2 = 300,000,000
Various wrecks of Gunboat or lower x 500 = 2,500,000,000
Initial estimate sum total = 17,200,000,000 (+15% Service cost = 19,780,000,000)
The Gallic Security Bureau have agreed to the project. We are required to assemble the team at a given location along with what equipment we need to then be taken to the undisclosed site. Plans for the reclamation are in progress.
