2. What exactly are you requesting? A Tech Compatibility Exception for Jeans Avenger so she may use it at 100% Power Core.

3. Exact name, identification and affiliation of the character: Ms.Holiday, Freelancer ID, No IFF

4. Why is this request necessary for the continuation of this character's roleplay? Jean Holiday had quite a fulfilling career as the Chief of Police for The @Liberty Police Inc. and it was time for her to pass the torch to someone else. This request allows Jean to have 100% power core on her avenger that was given to her by the new Chief and the Republic of Liberty.

5. What short-term and long-term goals are you planning to achieve on this character? I would like to have Jean explore Sirius and learn from her experiences. I would like her to return to Liberty at some point in the future and use what knowledge she gained to better the Republic.
