I'm writing to ask your permission to fly my vessel, a Z-8550 'Pitbull' named Terra.Nullis within the borders of Rheinland. I was unaware of the need to register it, but a friendly officer in your ranks informed of the need to do so. I promised him that I would, and as such, here I am.

While I understand the desire to keep your tradelanes free of vessels that look like mine, I implore you to grant me authority to legally fly my vessel in Rheinland.
