Little Update on our efforts for "Tartatus". Chloris and Eidothea successfully report indoctrination of small parts of our crew aboard the now newly refitted Independent Cargo Vessel "CV Piper". We heard of the need of fuel sources for the reactor project and readied up the Piper to venture out to the Okinawa system to aquire Plutonium, a cheap yet effective fuel source, we bought it with the credits we got handed for this delivery job.
On the way up there we noticed that you can also earn some little extra with selling these weird discordian sect amulets on the Liner Hawaii, can get a small extra for our efforts. We delivered 1930 units of Plutonium in total, proof attached in the visual data files below.
Synchronicity with the light sisters and brothers!

INCOMING MESSAGE
From: "Alecto" To: Faes Source: Unknown Phase One-point-Two
Hey everyone,
our future mothership - CV Decouvreur - is slowly becoming operational. My crew will require time till 13/05, so they and I can get used to operating such large vessel. Two thirds of the vessel are still irradiated - it spent a lot of time in Kepler System, so do not move in yet.
System-wise, the vessel is in pretty good condition, although I wouldn't call it 'perfect' or 'pristine'. Luckily, we have complete technical documentation for it, so any repairs and refits will be easy. Right now, the vessel is missing proper equipment for its hangar bays, jumpdrive and cloaking device. It's armed with basic cruiser weaponry and flak. It's shielding is battleship grade, but armor plating is civilian, so it's more like a giant target than proper warship.
As soon as we get our hands on some useful subsystems for it, we will need some proper shipyard for it. Refitting it in EVA is something I would advise against.
As for this moment, I'll remain in Baffin System and finish the decontamination works and crew training. As there are OS&C specialists and instructors onboard, do not do anything suspicious or perilous to them. I have to return them unharmed.
In the meantime while I'm busy - try to figure out where we will get full docking equipment, jumpdrive and cloaking device for the vessel, and where we are going it to refit.

From: "Alecto" To: Faes Source: Unknown Phase One-point-Two - Carrier is operational
Hey everyone,
our Bustard-class carrier - CV Decouvreur - is fully operational. Crew has been trained, specialists have been dropped off at Planet Curacao and vessel is fully habitable.
Now for the next part - there are still pieces of equipment missing:
Five sets of docking bays
Cloaking device for hiding the vessel when needed
Jumpdrive
New sensor matrix
I already have a dealer for the cloaking device. I might be able to acquire docking equipment from the OS&C and pick it up with my Serenity transport. I have no idea where to get a Jump Drive, though, so I'm open to suggestions.
The biggest issue is, that we have no shipyard available to us - TAZ does not possess such facility and authorities might get suspicious when we will ask them to install Cloaking device on our carrier. Any ideas?
In the end - I thank my brother and sister for assisting me with this journey to the Planet Curacao. As the system was pretty busy, it would be probably the bad idea to go there on my own - especially after those faulty sensors went down again. Cortana managed to capture some footage of our journey - here and here.

From: "Alecto" To: Faes Source: Unknown Decouvreur is ready
Hey everyone,
our Bustard-class carrier - CV Decouvreur - is finally and completely operational.
Corporations are pretty hard to contact these days, so we took matters into our hands and fitted hangar bays ourselves. It's crudely done, it's less efficient than it should be - but it works now until we get proper shipyard time to do it better. So, our snubfighters have to land slowly and more carefully and improvised machinery takes more space than it should. As for now - our capacity is 20 snubcraft, while theoretical is 30.
Cloaking device looks operational, although we will need some field testing to prove it later. Maybe play hide and seek around Taus to test it? I'm open to suggestions. If it will be working, this will allow Decouvreur to move undetected through hostile and restricted space.
Jump Drive has been fitted and connected to the power grid. With the help from the Grenoble's survivors and insight by our Benefactors, it's somewhat operational. The main issue was fried control core, which had to hardwired to our vessel's computer. As for now, Decouvreur's computer instructs Jump Drive directly and does many of its calculation itself. Great news is that it works - bad news that inputting coordinates is much slower than it should be. Future modifications should be focused on acquiring more potent computer core for our mothership, so it can be done in a faster manner.
Thus, if we need our forces moved somewhere quickly - just give coords, luck and I'll move you there.
We have spare room for 2,200 souls aboard this vessel, several roomy hangars which can be used for snubcraft, cargo, machinery or anything else what you need. It would be nice to equip this vessel with laboratories and medical bays, so it can conduct some experiments on its own, but such scientific equipment is beyond reach for my usual contacts.
