I expect that you remember who I am as I have came across many Universal Shipping's ships over the past few months, but regardless, I am Commodore Christopher Edwards, commanding officer of the LNS Akhetaten operating under the Fifth Fleet. I am getting in touch with you today because the Fleet is in need of a number of materials to be transported at Norfolk Shipyard due to an on-going project.

More specifically, you will find the list of the required materials attached below. I will not be giving Universal Shipping a price per material delivered as I lack experience in the field of supply deliveries and the price I'd give you may be too low for the job. Instead, I would like you to give me the full price you wish to receive as payment for the transferal of all the resources to the pre-mentioned destination. Afterwards, I shall inform the Admiralty of your price and I will be getting back to you once I have an update.

With the acceptance of the payment you're requesting, you will be able to begin transferring the listed supplies for which you will get paid accordingly at the end.

Contract

This contract is a formal supply request from Commodore Christopher Edwards to Universal Shipping Incorporated for a special project. These supplies are to be brought in in excess of regular supplies already being brought into Norfolk shipyard, and as such, all deliveries will be specially marked and tracked via a Neural Net special tracking system that will be setup within USI's Neural Net Section.
