I am Audaz Alarcón, Alpha Explorer of Malta Hyperspace Starfleet. Your request seems amusing to us, but we also wonder why you would contact us for this endeavor in particular. Gateway is well-known for its contribution to all Houses, and saying that we are reluctant to help you would be an understatement.
Our organization focuses in science and technology, we explore and analyze, we prove our worth through breakthroughs that can improve Cardamine and its users to a next and better generation of human beings; we are not mere goons for hire, like some pesky bounty hunters. Your request implies that we send our members in the middle of crossfire between Bowex and your corporation, a fight that it is of no real concern for us. Unleashing chaos in house corps is desirable, but it is also important to note that we answer to no one, except to our own brethren. Therefore, we do require more than breadcrumbs to get our forces into action and to expect us even care about your struggle.
There has been a historical precedent that Outcasts and bretonians have collaborated together at some point; but this type of business does not go in that way and our current operations do not foresee a further agreement with your kind. As a matter of fact, our ships have engaged bretonian militaries recently, the same people you supply. A change of mind from our part would only come if you willingly accept a deal with us to spread the Orange Dream.
Until then, we will have to decline your offer for now.

First of it's nice to have a Face and a Name to associate with your group.
So your an Alpha Explorer huh ? I wasn't expecting someone so High Up the Chain of Command , so do forgive my Insolence in saying this but:
If I wanted bloody Amateur Hour I would have hired a God Damn Bounty Hunting Freelancer ,and then I wouldn't have been arsed to go through all the effort to reach out to you.
But what I want is not bloody amateurs, I need Pro's ,the type that can get the job done and be in and out in a Flash...Which Unless I'm gravely mistaken Fits your organization to the letter.
Your Raids in Liberty and you Fights in the Tau's tend to leave people in awe, and traders speak in hushed whispers about it, so perhaps now you understand why I Reached out to your Almighty Organization and not some bloody Amateur Freelance Bounty Hunter.
Right with that out the way now , back to being civil.
**Murdock pauses to dust himself off and to take another Puff of his Cigar**
Now let me clear up some grave misconceptions you seem to hold of my Company ,whilst we are indeed well-known for our contribution to all Houses within Sirius - believe me when I say I hold no love for those French Bastards- , regrettably the exact same can be said for the Scum of the Earth Bowex.
We tend not to supply Bretonian militaries or any for that matter - Bowex fulfills that role ,they get the exclusive military and police supply contract which they make the Bretonian government pay through the nose.
Now that I've cleared that up, perhaps it makes more sense ?
Liberating their Cargo Benefits both us, perhaps you more than us, since those supplies never reach the Bret Mil and instead wind up reaching your very own military - which an organization focuses in science and technology I'm sure no doubt need materials ? Making this a fight that it is of concern to you no ?
**Murdock pauses once more to Puff on his Cigar**
If it pleases you I can invite you for a Cigar and drink on our installation in Cortez where we can discuss this "Orange Dream" of yours and anything else for that matter - granted we're no smuggler's.
**Murdock snubs out his Cigar**
So then Mr Alarcón have a ponder over what I've said and hope to see you soon.
Sincerely,
Murdock McFlanagen, Director of PR

I believe we are starting to reach an understanding to each other. Do not get your hopes high, though.
We sincerely appreciate that you are calling us to make the dirty work against Bowex, but a businessman as yourself would understand that we have to balance our costs and benefits, so we can reach a sustainable profit in the long run. In other words, is it really worth it for us? The traders you mentioned are correct in their claims; we face constant skirmishes in Taus and Liberty, but there are also other fronts we have to take care of. Even if we accept your deal, we cannot promise anything on that matter; our forces have been busy due to these onslaughts.
Regarding your current operations, we could validate your situation in Bretonia through further investigations but, for the time being, we can take your word for it; the problem is that we do not really care the details if you serve as a bretonian shipping company. If you claim that Bowex cooperates exclusively to the military and police, we can acknowledge that statement, but it is of no consequence to our standing with Gateway if your contributions go to the other Houses. We cannot simply trust you so easily, even if you do not make business with the bretonian government directly, and we also have to consider a troublesome concern that has not been discussed here yet: Your situation in the Taus. It is of common knowledge that Gateway makes trips to this area of space, I have personally seen some of your ships crossing the Tau-23 asteroid field, and you may know that we have an inconvenient neighbor here, the Independent Miners Guild. What is your current status with them? I think I already know the answer for this, but a further explanation could enlighten us a bit more about your real intentions with us. As you can see, it is not that we cannot initiate a proper and diplomatic discussion between us, but it is highly suspicious that a supplier like you wants to reach us. Your lack of sympathy towards Gallia is commendable, but it is not enough.
About liberation procedures against Bowex, you make a good point that their cargo could serve us well, but that does not mean we will urgently focus all our efforts into this. We take what we need, when we need them and we do not require authorization or blessing on this job, especially from a company such as you. If we encounter Bowex ships, we will use our might to weaken them as we see fit. If that serves your purpose, fine; but it will be from our prerogative, not yours.
Ultimately, considering all the benefits and disadvantages, we can allow a meeting between your kind and us; but I would suggest a more neutral ground: Freeport 10 in Tau-37. Getting into Cortez is a possibility, but recent fights in there suggest a constant reconnaissance from our enemies, and it would be a pity that our gathering gets interrupted by an aggressive impertinence. The Orange Dream is important, and if Gateway can contribute to it, even in surreptitious ways, we can talk more about it.
Be advised: We are not even business partners. Do not get too comfortable with us, too soon, or you will regret it.

Mr Alarcón I'm glad we're getting somewhere. Believe me I have no high hopes of us being business partners but I remain hmm optimistic that we can reach a "gentleman's agreement".
I have no doubts your forces are busy so let me try re-phrase then seeing as you're very intent that everything must be done from your prerogative.
If your forces so happened to come across a Bowex ship , perhaps they'd now be incentivized to liberate them of their Cargo instead of a "fine" and on the flip side of the coin if perhaps you come across one of My Company's ship's well... perhaps maybe you let them of easy - does that perhaps better show my Angle ?
Simply put seeing Bowex burn and suffer losses is both satisfying and good for my Company's business and I will employ whatever underhanded means to achieve it - something I'm sure you can understand.
As for the Guild well, I admit we have a beneficial give and take relationship with them, however since "operation Orange Hammer" as they refer to it our activities have be lessened in that area - take that for what's it's worth - I have no intention of inserting our selves into your conflict - it's not good for business.
I accept your suggestion of Freeport 10 in Tau-37 and I'm sure we can that we can reach a "gentleman's agreement".
I'll leave the timing up to you.
Sincerely,
Murdock McFlanagen, Director of PR

This is getting repetitive: You insist that our forces should have a particular treatment to Bowex and you want us to be soft with your workers; but you are giving us no proper incentive to do it. Outrageous. Your lack of consideration towards us is outstanding; we cannot entirely grasp how you expect us to fulfill your requests if we receive nothing from your part. Furthermore, your collaboration with IMG just worsens your reputation.
You simply do not comprehend our perspective. Just ask any Outcast flying out there and they will give you an interesting opinion about your kind. Probably with weapons’ fire. You called us and you demanded more than you can really handle. Perdistes esta oportunidad, amigo. No further discussion will be provided for this matter.
Still, even if your representation for Gateway was a complete and utter waste of time, we take your word about a deal towards the Orange Dream. A director from a company has certain power and we could use that to our goals, through a mutual agreement. After all I have said, I would hesitate to begin a meeting between us, but I think we could send a couple of assets to reach a consensus and see if we could really establish some productive effort.
Meet our delegation in 2 days in Freeport 10, as we previously arranged. On arrival, you will be contacted for further instructions.
