my name is Caitlyn Cross I am Director and the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors at OS&C. Today I have found a Message from a Trusted Freelancer that we use Regularly to Refresh our Jump Coordinates in my inbox that told me he could no longer supply us with the Data we need for Jumps to the Hawaii in Sigma 19. The reason for that was one of your Pilots told him he would Brake Gas Miners Guild Laws by being in the system with his Bustard Jumpship. the Guild and Orbital are now good Neighbors for Decades and I hope you and We can Figure something out to solve this Problem as Orbital Itself owns and Operates Several Bustard Carriers for Security and Liner Services and also often flys with them to the Hawaii.

My Legal Team and I have Checked Guild Laws and came to the conclusion that the Bustard Class was not Mentioned there at all. I can only Rely on what our Contractor told me so far as non of our Bustards was Escorted out of the System by a Guild Ship so far. but as I see it, is the bustard that is Officially Classified as a Liner, not as a Warship. Of course, we understand the Security needs of the Guild and that a Bustard in the Wrong hands can cause a lot of Damage to Refinerys and Mining Ships, that's why I Contact you today to find a solution that satisfies both of us. We Would Like to Work together with you to Create Legal Security for OS&C and its Contractors. furthermore, I want to inform you that Orbital will take any necessary steps to ensure the Neutrality and Security of the Hawaii as we see fit. we know about the Big Battles the GMG and other Parties have fought in the Sigmas and also Uncomfortable Close to the Liner Hawaii in the Last Year, the only reason why we haven't Protested was the Knowledge that we could have Relocated the Spa-Sec Company Protection forces to the Area if it was Necessary. I hope we find a Solution to this Matter.

Thank you for making contact regarding this matter. It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance.

As per Guild Spacecraft Directive 3.4, vessels carrying equipment such as and including jump drives and survey modules are not permitted within the Sigma Systems. The specific knowledge of the makeup and terrain of the Sigmas is considered Guild property and the analysing, charting, scouting and otherwise probing of its space is considered an infringement of The Guild's rightful sovereignty.

The potential for ships to jump in and out of Guild space at will is considered an unacceptable security risk and is therefore prohibited. The Guild recognises the Bustard as a another potential security risk but, in the interests of facilitating lawful civilian traffic, has taken the view that it would be beneficial for visitors to be permitted to use this vessel in the Sigma Systems and therefore does not prohibit the ship's use in its space. Security measures are in constant review and the right to modify or revoke this privilege without notice is, as with all other laws and regulations, reserved. Orbital Spa and Cruise in particular, as a trusted friendly organisation, enjoys the freedom to lawfully operate this class of vessel in Guild space unrestricted.

OS&C is a valued partner in the Sigma-19 system and the Luxury Liner Hawaii has enjoyed the privilege of and protections that come with operating a productive lawful operation since its arrival in 791 A.S.. This has been a valued friendship for almost four decades and it is The Guild's intent for it continue to be such. Close cooperation to ensure our mutual security goals is of course most welcomed, as is your organisation in the Sigma Systems.
