Saluti, EFL execs.
I am Principal Alfredo Orsini, and I am the current leader of the Unione Corse. Needless to explain to you who we are, yes?
It seems we are in dire need for spare parts from the era of the Council. I know your company and its subsidiaries are tasked with the cleanup of debris field, if I am not mistaken.
I propose you to survey and give us a list of possibly capable of being refurbished warships, preferably two battlecruisers - at least one, and smaller ships such as fighters, gunboats, bombers, destroyers, or cruisers that can be salvaged into spare parts.
It is obvious that the debris field are not entirely scouted, and they are ripe with Council technology. Tell us a price and we will study it back, and give you a more concrete list of our needs.
If your company is not capable on its own, please know that we do not deny the possibility of contacting another corporation such as the Gallic Metal Service, and hope you can work alongside them for this project.
I hope this will be the start of a long and fruitful partnership between your company and our organization.

Salutation Alfredo Orsini .
It is a pleasure to meet you, I am Victor Camara Président du Conseil of EFL SPA.
Let's talk about your request, first let me explain the situation, as you know after the end of the war EFL and GMS are working on cleaning up the debris fields in all the Gallic space, but I'm sure you know, the military ships of Gallia are not under the property of EFL but under the property of the government and the Gallic Navy.
So it is impossible for us to give you the ships and the pieces
but if the government gives you permission, we will be able to accept your request.

Saluti, Monsieur Camara.
A pleasure to meet you as well.
Oui, I understand that the Council warships are the property of the Gallic Navy and by extension, the Gallic Union. However, a lot of these wrecks are beyond repairs, oui? I am sure the Gallic Union won't classify these wrecks are complete warships - where would you draw the line, between pieces of scrap and actual warships?
I took the liberty of adding the Gallic Union to this deal, per your implicit request. Messieurs of the Gallic Union, I imagine a few pieces of scrap from the Council era shouldn't pose much problems, si? Especially when you know who we are. We are only looking for spare parts to repair already-existing vessels, except for the battlecruisers, naturally.
If this fails, I have an alternative, a third way.
I imagine a lot of these wrecks are deemed irrecuperable, and beyond repairs, oui? I'd suggest to do some bureaucratic magic, oui? I am sure you know how this goes. Let's see how this deal will go, Monsieur Camara, n'est-ce pas?

Saluti, Monsieur Camara, messieurs et mesdames du Gouvernement,
Until further notice, this will be our last transmission regarding this project.
Know that we are heavily disappointed by the unprofessional behavior. Same goes to the Gallic Union government, that has not been able or willing to reply to a mere proposition from a civilian association.
Cependant, I will still give you seven days to make a decision.
