The Progenitor
The Progenitor, also marked as XB-500, is an active artifact obtained from the Knossos Expedition team in 823 A.S within an disclosed location in the Edgeworlds. The specimen is being held within a classified location to avoid potential sabotage. The specimen is a purple-blue tinted crystalline embedded with metallic casing at the base. Markings are visible upon the metallic rim, engraved with a blue hue. Although the metal possesses a shade of an aquatic green shade at first glance, further inspection reveals that the metal is not infact corroded but merely the byproduct of a process of an unknown metallurgy technique of bonding with aromatic metals. Further theory and research is to be presented within this documentation.
All studies pertaining to the specimen will be included within this data file. Access to this project is highly restricted, authorisation must be obtained from the Research Directorate. All personnel must be vetted and pass augmentation standards checks. Unique safety guidelines are in position to prevent potential outbreaks.
