Good afternoon,

I will not bore you with unnecessary introductions, as the Core Force has had it's fair share of those with me and my crew in Omicron Nu. You should be well aware that the above system has been charted by Liberty and was claimed by Liberty, effectively being a border between us and the deep Omicrons. Your 'predecessors' over at the Core primary fleet realized that and took a good step back, allowing Liberty to operate in the system. Unfortunately, the Force doesn't seem to be sharing the same ideology with the primary fleet and that has became a serious issue.

There have been multiple instances where Force vessels have been seen cooperating with Liberty's enemies, including but not limited to Outcasts. Not only were your vessels seen operating alongside these Cardamine-addicted sub-humans, but you also engaged Liberty forces. The Akhetaten has been unfortunate enough to be caught in one of those engagements a few days ago where an operative of yours engaged us, assisting an Outcast as well as a small strike-force of ships that are all identified as infected.

Let me make one thing clear to you; I am not here to bargain with the Force over Omicron Nu, I am merely here to inform you that your actions will lead to severe consequences should you not have a good explanation as to what your operatives are thinking when patrolling Omicron Nu.

Consider this a chance to explain yourselves before the Navy's patience runs out. Attaching relevant logs from a few days ago below.

Commodore Christopher Edwards - I have but one question.

If you would see us move into Liberty House space on a warship, would you expect us to act by or ignore the laws of Liberty and instructions of your law officers?

And as far as I am aware - no official request from the Liberty Government has been initiated for an exemption to the Omicron Legal Codex. Not to us, not to our predecessors.

You will comply with the laws of the Core. The Omicron Legal Codex is here for your protection, and your vessels will have no issues with our officers whatsoever if you act in accordance with the Omicron law.

Force Master,

We do not recognize Omicron Nu as Core space, I believe the Supergate, which your operatives kindly dock and undock from, leading to Virginia is enough of a hint that the Liberty Government has rightfully laid claim to the system of Omicron Nu.

That being said, the Core would have no business to show up in Liberty space on a warship. We would kindly accept patrolling Omicron Nu alongside Core warships, but the Core has shown time and time again that Omicron Nu is outside their interests as long as there are no Liberty Navy ships in the area to intimidate.

Liberty's 'business' in Omicron Nu is making sure that the border between our House and the Omicrons is kept safe and free of Nomads, Outcasts and other troublemakers. The Core Force has actively shown and proven to us a number of times that instead of taking our side and helping with the clean-up of Omicron Nu, you prefer to take our enemies' side and fight against the Republic.

You are free to instruct your government to open negotiations and request an exception to our Legal Codex from the Core Force.

In the meantime we are more than happy to patrol alongside you if you comply with and respect the Omicrons Legal Codex. Obey the law like everyone else and be protected by the Core like all Omicron law abiding citizens.

You don't seem to be getting the memo, so I will have to repeat myself.

It seems to me, however, that you are not going to offer any explanation on any of your operatives' actions considering that you are completely supportive of them.

I don't assume we'll be reaching an agreement anytime soon, so I'd say this is the right time to end this discussion.

I have made myself very clear. Over and over again. Explanations were given. You just chose to ignore them.

Our purpose, what our operatives are thinking and what they are doing are clear, specifically outlined, justified and for your protection. They are upholding the Omicrons Legal Codex as is their sworn duty. Nothing more, nothing less.

If you think an officer of the law should be ignoring their sworn duty, then perhaps it really is time to end this conversation. If an actual Navy officer that understands duty and that breaking their allies' laws with no prior negotiations or requests for permission is not how an officer should act wants to contact us, we would appreciate it greatly.

Like I said - if your government wants to open negotiations for us to make exceptions to our law enforcement in a specific Omicron system, they are free to contact us.
