It's me, the uh- weirdo next to Ouray. We did talk about various things, some personal, some not so personal. You did offer help regarding a specific thing. Shooting things, securing...things. You offered out an alternative. Your alternative on a matter of possible mutual benefit. You said something a place the Xenos are ambitious about, so...I guess I'll take up on that advice. After all, you seem to know what you're doing.
Sorry for being all cryptic about it. I can't exactly trust the Neural Net when talking about these kind of things. You never know how someone might be peeking in the convo' and break everything down in an instant. We can meet again and discuss more in detail, if you want. Or...you know, are available.
Thanks again for all the help. You told me to let you know about that thing of ours. Yeah, it's all set and ready to go. Had a few runs with my Dagger to gather the smaller stuff, but once I got to your uhm...Quartermaster? Was it? -uh...sorry, ranks are beyond my understanding. Anyway! I got the CT-53 and...man. MAN in flies like a charm! Sure, the engines kind of drag to the left and the navigation systems aren't something to behold compared to my Dagger, but I can't complain! At least I can fly it alone for the most part and do some progress in this place. Ain't bad for the first time flying a transport.
So...see you in space again to discuss the rest like last time, or do we take it here, since the most sensitive part is gone now?

Vincent.
I'm a simple man, and I like keeping the way this organization operates and the operations it's involved in - equally simple. So when I have a potential case of infection, a lurking agent and extremely sensitive involvement of Order operatives all going on at the same time it just gets a little maddening. That's why I was so harsh after I'd found you.
Please, never do any of this again. I'd like to think you're smart enough to know better. Our uncanny valley instinct exists for an awfully specific reason brought about by natural evolution, consider listening to it and leaving the next time things feel off. Rather than waiting to see what happens and nearly giving yourself a heart attack.
We'll still ensure that you remain independent and free of domineering groups. Though I suspect the gravest threat to you right now might just be yourself.
I...totally get why you were harsh. I screwed up and nearly got myself killed - or worse - in the process. Things happened and...I don't really have the proper words to thank you for getting me out of that mess. I'll find something to repay you with, I'm sure of it. I promise these types of stunts won't happen again in the future.
I also took some time off, trying to recollect myself. Things are so much better now, though I can't say the same for whatever might happen in the coming weeks or months. Something's nagging me in the back of my head about what happened, and what I heard. 'Might some more time to figure things out. No close calls this time or anything of the sort. Though I'll stay away from the Auxo for a while. Something is wrong. Really, really wrong. They've been way too interested to help me out and knew quite a lot about a certain specimen they call "The Harbinger", an Ancient Nomad lifeform. Way more powerful than the rest. On top of that, Raven scares me particularly. Everywhere I go I just seem to run into her. See Cortez for example.
Anyway...I'll hang back for now, "play dumb" as you'd say. Vincent out.
Everything should be set up. Your people should be able to bring in the weapons in now at their own pace, with reasonable prices, too. Auxesia has accepted the offer of trading Blood Diamonds to the Station in return, too. Just so you know why they might be in the area every now and then. I will help either side whenever I can with the supply flow. Hopefully it's alright.
Anything you'd want me to add to the Station's whitelisted cargo list?
Quartermaster at Barrow says he can supply your base with Light Arms, and this would probably spin a better price for the Technocracy. Have the base mark it up at 1,367 a unit and then coordinate with our other associates regarding the price for their goods. Your station is now a market hub between two groups, an accomplishment to be sure. If it's not too much trouble, I'd like to also use your station as neutral ground for discussions with the Technocracy.
Freeport-2 underwent a fatal existential crisis, so that option's out the window.
I'll see what I can do with your friend on Barrow. I'll also wire this through to Raven. And sure, You can pass by the Station with no issues whatsoever. Nobody'll eavesdrop on you since the place is so remote, and the only inhabitants are my maintenance droids as you know.
Look. I'm letting you know that things had started heating up as of late in Hudson. Today both the Liberty Navy and the Rheinland Military faced one another near Planet Atka. Both sides brought consistently bigger ships. The Military ended up bringing in a damn "Bismarck"-class Battleship to the table. I know I probably shouldn't be worried about it, but the fact that so many of them gathered up in one place only to discuss about how they came here to "quell the unlawful presence" is worrying. It's an Independent System, I get that they'd bring in Cruisers. But Battleships? That's a bit too much.
If things keep progressing this way, conflict might brew up in Hudson faster than I can prepare, and I'm afraid of the idea of me being taxed by either side if they start claiming the System. Especially by the Military as of late.
I think I might have to start saving up for better defenses and look for help in terms of a stronger supply of raw materials for the Station's Hull. Maybe Weapon Platforms aren't such a bad idea after all...
The ship's working great. Had some tinkering to the cockpit to fit my needs. Re-wired a few things...you know. Made it a little bit safer. O-Oh and uh. If you actually do come around. I've freed up some space in Hangar Two. Moved the ships around a bit to make some space. It should be able to house one more ship altogether. Up to a Freighter.
Word of warning, though. Look, I know you and the Overwatch might be buddies or something. I think you told me at some point about it. So, uh...I was told The Order took a jab at Raven. Haven't seen her in a while, either. Apparently Hayes did it. And judging how Section 8 always seems to employ Hayes to scout around, do their bidding and all...look I don't mean they ordered this. I don't know. Just saying that I could use a little bit more activity around Hudson if possible. If not for me, then at least for you while coming by.
