Since the Red Hessian blockade in the Cologne system is no longer a problem for EFL, the construction of the gate to Omicron Rho can continue.
However, a considerable delay is now foreseeable. The construction is planned in 5 stages. setting up the new Trade Lane , building the structure, installing the primary components, programming the gate and testing
⚜Installation of the new trade route from Hammersee to the new gate.
The Rhienland Government has authorised EFL to create a new trade lane from Hammersee to the new gate. Many components are required to build this new trade route, however EFL has ensured that the Abbeville Production Facility is producing at full capacity to ensure these components can be delivered as quickly as possible. The goal for EFL is to complete this stage as quickly as possible to make the route from Hammersee to the construction site more easier.

⚜Building the structure
A solid structure is necessary to ensure the safety of the future users. Many rare and expensive materials are required to ensure the solidity of the Gate. The Alesia Station plays an important role in the supply of these rare materials. It is planned that EFL will call upon IDF to execute the transaction between Alesia and the construction site.

⚜Installation of the major components
Again Abbeville Production Facility will have to play an important role. Many components such as the EFL Blue pack are necessary to make the Gate functional, with the Hammersee Trade Lane leading to the construction site completed, shipping should not be a problem, however these components are extremely expensive and have a high value on the illegal market .The risk of pirates attacking transport is a serious problem. This is why EFL has organised a escorts for each transporter hauling these components to the construction site.
⚜Gate programming
Each Gate has its own programming to define the power needed to make the link between point A (Sigma-15) and point B (Omicron Rho) stable and safe for the user. The scientific department of the EFL has the role of determining the power needed to create a stable link between the two Gates. After doing their research they will work with the Electrical and Software department to design the Gate specific program.

⚜Gate testing
The last and most important step for EFL is to determine if the work has been well done and if any adjustments are necessary. Before the official opening of the gate, several tests will be performed, the most important of which is the stability of the link between Gate A (Sigma-15) and Gate B (Omicron Rho). To perform this test , a probe will be sent from Gate A (Sigma-15) to Gate B (Omicron Rho) to collect data. The data will then be analysed by the science department to determine if the research was successful , However, if the probe does not reach its destination or the data collected is of concern, some adjustments will be required to ensure the functionality of the Gate
