With funds growing from their work for many groups, the Starfliers began brainstorming other ways of utilizing their credits for further information gathering. Gathering Rift-Data and Map-Data for their clients was a way to obtain information on star systems, their next thought was to perhaps record what the fleets are doing. The idea of spying was brought up with Leon, and he approved the concept. An under the table deal was made to obtain a Democritus-Class luxury yacht from Orbital Spa & Cruise. Equipped with a Cloaking Device big enough to shield the ship in an invisible veil, the vessel was christened to be called Cepheus. Detached from the Starfliers in every way, but still very much part of the freelance group, Cepheus is sent out to record fleet movements, chatter and other important information. . .
SECTION II GOAL .

Cepheus' task is to observe from a distance and record any chatter from the Liberty Police and Navy Fleets.
Provoking them with a simple task as an incentive to mobilize so Cepheus' task becomes easier.

A lone Navy Carrier in New York, decided to tail it around until their focus turned to me. Had a small conversation, baited them with a simple goal of scanning my cargo. We will see how the rest of their fleet will react after his report is sent. . .

Flying from California to New York, I noticed a few vessels crowding the Capital. Rheinland Military vessels entered Liberty Space... from the looks of things, they wanted to hand over some prisoners. The Libertonian Police, 5th, 46th and Secondary Fleet vessels didn't like their presence very much, breaching Liberty borders and all. This was quite the encounter. Leon would be proud. . .
