Permission to purchase a ship of another faction while being a Freelancer

Good morning reading yesterday the ship reviews from players on the wiki, one of which wrote: "If you want to get this, make sure you have a Zoner ID, and / or that you receive permission on the Discovery / player faction forums."

That is a very old review and is no longer relevant, u don't need permission to buy any ships from anyone.
