Esteemed families,
Following the rather rapid decision to allow Coalition having step to Gallia, the Command decided for now to direct their merchant traffic to Monte Carlo Freeport, Provence and monitor them to see if they able to comply with our laws and unwritten rules. You, as the lawkeepers in Provence are obligated to keep an eye of them and what they do there, report any cases of their affairs with the Brigands or Maquis, as the latter attempted to interfere.
Should they show their reliability, we will allow them to trade on full scale. Until then, they remain under mutual watch.
They also may need a pathway from Omega-48 to Provence, so if you have one - do so kindly to share through me or directly to them.

Saluti,
Please to meet you, Commandant. I am Principal Alfredo Orsini, and I shall represent the families.
Indeed. We will welcome the Coalition representatives on Monte Carlo Freeport, and keep a watchful eye on them. The Maquis should not interfere as long as they see us, but if they dare to even approach, well, they won't live long enough to say what will happen-- but I digress.
According to our multiple contacts in Sirius, and knowledge gathered during the Wars, a relatively-secure way between Omega-48 and Provence:
From Omega-48, they would need to go through Bretonia: more precisely, Poole and Dublin. There are jump holes that have been reported to be stable, and these systems are notably plagued by unlawfuls, indicating the lack of care by Bretonian authorities - which is good. Then, It will, however, need to go through Roussillon, which has a notable Maquis presence. And finally, Tau-44, from where there is a stable jump hole to Provence. I personally confirmed the presence of a stable jump hole between Provence and Tau-44, with one of your agents, Gaston Corbeil.
Feel free to share this insight to them directly, or send scouts to confirm.
