Karl-Heinz von Thielau, Großadmiral of the Kaiserliche Rheinwehr hier. I am calling you today with a request.
Now, as the waves of the civil war have calmed, I am asking you to help re-building our Flotte. There is much to do; we need new Battleships, Battlecruisers, Carriers and Cruisers. The Militär itself recovers and I can tell you that we covered our losses of men by now.

The Militär has the money and I hope there will be financial grants from the Regierung too in order to give you the reqired funds on this project.
After this bloody war we have to re-take what once was our territory and we need to secure our borders. We need your assistance to make our home safer for traders and of course our people, the Volk of Rheinland itself.

The Ring is already working on the rebuilding of our glorious house's fleet. Repair's of damaged equipment and vessels is still taking considerable time, however we also have dock's for production of new vessels. The time it will take to complete such vessels depends, of course, on size. Small craft should be possible to replace en-masse in a relatively short time.

If the Rheinwehr could tell me what is needed most, and what is needed first, we can start to plan the schedule and the needed materials.
