I've been independently pirating strictly for the liberty rogues and mollys. For some reason I can't get any faction to give me an IFF, I've spent about a million credits on using droprep 3 times over the last couple days but all that accomplished was people asking me why a blood dragon was in Dublin (I've never been to Kusari space and have no clue why I'd have rep with them let alone an IFF without doing any missions.)
Is this a bug or am I doing something dumb here? A picture is provided below for reference in case I didn't explain myself well.
If they are telling you that you are a blood dragon you seem to be one, maybe take a trip to kusari so they show up in your rep-board, you can get their IFF without ever having met them (happened to me with BAF once). Rep increases also by killing hostile npcs, for example killing corsairs or xenos might affect them

Well, for starters, first decide what faction you wish to belong to.( you have a Molly Guard rep there...don't waste it)
Then comes the fun part. You can 1.Do missions and get your reps sorted out that way. That also involves taking and then aborting missions to lower you reps.(remember...look at who the factions are allied/enemies with...missions taken and/or aborted also affect those factions)
2. You may have to oorp dock at some bases to take/abort missions. If you do this..Always announce your attentions to faction members BEFORE you enter the system ! It can save you alot of grief at a later time, meaning possible sanction report for oorp docking,etc.....
( I had to make 2 round trips from New York to Bretonnia to Kusari to Liberty space to finally fix my Liberty Navy Guard rep...and it took me 2 weeks to do it)
You were right, a quick trip through some Kusari systems and I was able to find what I needed. Turns out that the Golden Chrysanthemums fell in love with me as soon as I fixed my Blood Dragon rep.
well now when droprep is here you can just drop it if you /droprep and nothing is blinking but something is 9 bars green to the max, than you have some faction that is not on the list.
