History: Commissioned in times of peace, where war was something considered as merely a distant possibility. Planned to support the California area against any sorts of criminals. It had been requested often to patrol the perimeter around the Tahoe Ice Cloud, specifically to protect Willard. In 800 when the criminal activity in Liberty was rising to a peak it was even stationed there permanently. Which then revealed itself to be the right choice at the time. When a Rheinland battlegroup entered California and attacked Willard, the Harmony was there already, defending it with everything in its disposal. It was facing superior numbers and technology and had to suffer through heavy damage until reinforcements arrived.
With its crippled systems it was no longer an opponent to be feared anymore and needed to limp back to New York, where it was waiting on standby close to Norfolk until such a time that there would be capabilities free to repair it. The nomad war delayed that greatly until it could eventually proceed towards Alaska when the war ended. Juneau was now more than sufficiently able to repair and update the Harmony. It remained in the docks for quite some time to retro-fit to handle new technology and defense mechanisms that were discovered during the whole conflict.
After that, things calmed yet again and soon the Harmony resumed operations in California until it then was moved to Texas following the tensions between Liberty and Rheinland. Although it never saw a lot of combat with Rheinland it became an important defensive asset. When the fronts stabilized it was moved into the Alaska system where it helped fighting off nomads and intruding forces from the Omicrons.
In 822, restructuring was planned for Navy Battlegroups, the Harmony was part of these plans. Getting new crew, command and soon equipment while also being transferred to be the leading ship of this battlegroup. Now only time will show the effectiveness of its new command.
