Subject: Request for a Humanitarian license
I'll be blunt... I'm requesting for a Humanitarian license to deliver Consumer Goods, Food, Water, and Medical Supplies (Pharmaceutical goods) to Outpost Holman on Tau-31, and then ferry out Refugees affected by the war to Planet Erie, where I know the Zoners would take care of them.
For payment, I have sent 1.1M Credits to BPA)Hauberk, since the EL-HiL51 Liberty Transport carries a max cargo tonnage of 2.2K.
Here's the proof:
*pauses for a minute...*
hmmm... maybe the info's a bit bleak... I guess I'll give more details then.
Here's my biodata:

For personal info? hmmm... I'm currently self-sufficient, cause both my parents are dead due to... circumstances. uh... not to say I'm heartless, but I've already gotten over it. I told myself, "Ma wouldn't want me to sulk and feel sorry for myself for long." I uh... don't have any... relationships. In short, I'm single. Not sure if that would help. I also have no sponsors... yes. I'm funding myself for this venture.
Why I would enlist for Humanitarian Help, you may ask? Why would I help those I may have no total relationship to? Why would I risk life and limb, and fortunes, to aid a poor, sick and distraught family, running away from all the war and strife that had befallen them, which they had no responsibility for, and then give them a new hope to live out a better, brighter life without asking any direct return from any of them?
Because I've been given a new life myself... I've been saved from certain death, and I intend to give my heart and soul back to those that really need it the most.
... This is Captain Leonardo of the Transport "Vagabond", signing off.
