My name is Fiorella Arianna de Marco and we may or may not met while I was flying through Sirius aboard my own ship, the Amalfi.

While I am not directly affiliated with any major Maltese groups at this moment, I am cooperating closely with two of them and I am reviewing our Network in its current state.

The tone of the conversation might not be pleasant, yet your answers will be very important for my review. I am sure that you still remember how the Xenos used their battleship and almost destroyed one your stations, the Rochester.

The time has passed since then and your installation has become operational, fortunately, yet your mortal foes still possess their warship and they might try it again. I want to know, if you took any lessons from the last time and made sure that this will never happen again.

I do not have to remind you that few of our own were at the station when it happened and we are still very disappointed that they lost their lives during the attack.
I also happen to know that you do not permit a significant Rogues' presence around the station as you are busy appeasing the local authorities.

I would be pleased to hear that you have already made arrangements and if the Xenos will decide to knock with their battleship on your installation again, we will not be disappointed this time.
