To all Liberty Forces,

This is the Commodore Uhmen of the Fifth Fleet broadcasting directly from the Akhetaten, California system.

We were just informed by the Security Force that Insurgency forces over the past 48 hours have been breaching the blockade within Vespucci and deploying into Magellan with their purpose and destination being unknown. The Security Force has reason to believe that the Insurgency is planning an invasion into the California system within the next 24 hours and is requesting immediate reinforcements to Planet Los Angeles.

LIBWESTCOM will be on full alert for the following few days with increased patrols being ran within the system. Scouting ships are to not under any circumstances move into the Magellan system. Any Insurgency fleet that might be moving towards California will be dealt with upon their arrival and after successful regrouping of our forces at Planet Los Angeles.

Any officers that make their way to Planet Los Angeles are to report directly to LIBWESTCOM's lead, the Akhetaten and myself.
