To all the Maltese families,

My name is Julio Sibila, I represent Hispania Imperial.

As some of you might know, we are taxing the people that try to set foot in our territory in Tau-23.
Recently, one of them, the proprietor of Lhasa Station, decided not to pay his rent, nor did he bothered to answer us. Such behaviour is an insult to us, proud Maltese families. And as such, we declare siege onto Lhasa Station, and you are all invited to the party.

Festivities begin tomorrow, same hour. The base is located in Sector Alpha-6. You cannot miss it: it is the only one that fires upon us.
