*Tyrone opens his console and types a message to another Interspace organisation named AWES*
Team Convoy Logistics has been formed for some time now but due to complications within the company it has been decided to sell our headquarters in Dublin which is named Ulster station and with you already being an Interspace Company yourselves I was wondering whether you would be interestaed in buying the facility.
I will supply you under a private channel all the details of this installation and what the supply and inventory is.
The price I am looking for for the Installation is 4 Billion credits and I would like to see if you are willing to pay that for the installation.
Please reply as soon as you can to this communication.
Many Thanks
Tyrone Harrison CEO TCL.
*Tyrone sits back and starts to clear alot of things from his desk while he awaits the reply from AWES*
Don Vega hears the pleasant ding of a new message from his console amongst the semi-organized stack of tablets with data and deals awaiting review.
It is a message from Tyrone Harrison, TCL CEO, appearing to be opening negotiations for the sale of Ulster Station, the renowned gold supply base in Dublin of which his haulers are intimately familiar.
Don reads through the message with interest, slightly excited at the possibilities of this potential deal. Afterwards, he leans back in his chair in thought about the proper approach to this proposal as his sales instincts kick in. With a smile upon reaching an internal debate conclusion, he responds to the message.
Tyrone Harrison! As I live and breathe! It has been too long since we touched base about faction affairs!
While it saddens me to hear about these complications in-house, I am very glad you reached out and that I am able to help with this situation as fellow Interspace Commerce groups.
As much as it is out of character for myself, I am going to surprise you today and... accept your offer as presented without further need for sorting out the minor details. We can leave that to Logistics - they know their job well and are paid well for it!
We accept the proposed price of 4 Billion credits for the station as is where is with all existing supply cargo.
It is the least I can do to aid the fellow Interspace Commerce corporation that we have cooperated with for such a long time.
Payment will be arranged to your accounts once our departments have coordinated this sale amongst themselves.
Thank you again for reaching out to us. We'll have to get together for a drink or meal at some point to catch up on the adventures both our respective companies have experienced out there in Sirius!
Sincerely,
Don "The Closer" Vega

Don pours himself a drink at the side of his office, and takes it to the window that looks out towards Deshima Station and Renzu shipyard nearby. Traffic on the lane to Junyo is steady today.
He wanders back to his desk and punches the intercom button for his assistant.
"Better get ahold of Jack by usual channels... I have a feeling he is going to have to add a few tasks to his agenda in the short term...thanks..."
Another day, another deal, another problem potentially on the horizon... all the cost of opportunities.
