My name is Dr. Jill Xi and I am writing you in the position of director of the Med Force Academy in Omicron Theta.
As the academy transporter captain Ben is about to retire soon I am looking to outsource the regular and steady supply stream of deliveries. The commodities in question would be mainly of the class 1 variety (food, water and oxygen) yet the academy can do with a steady supply of reinforced alloy as well.
I would like to ask you if OSI would be up for a long-term contract regarding the forementioned goods and whether you can ensure the station receives a steady flow of such items.
Right now, the academy loading bays and hold are set for 63k of food, water and oxygen and it can hold a maximum of 125k of reinforced alloy. As we have an unregular attendance flow I like her to be 'topped up' to at least 50 percent at all times as to accommodate an increase of patients, staff and students should the need arrise.
Regarding the payment I am keen on receiving a price quote for these regular deliveries.

Apologies that this reply has taken time to be made. It was allowed to fall through the gaps, something I intend to rectify.
To introduce myself, I am Celcius Abonwood, one of the Directors of the Board within OSI. I have spoken with the other members and discussed the option and price we would offer and ask respectively.
Looking at the items requested and the potential for this being a long term, ongoing contract, the prices we have decided are below for your consideration.
Food (Synth paste) 2500 SC / item
Water 160 SC / item
Oxygen 120 SC / item
Reinforced Alloy 500 SC / item
The price has been based on the cost per item from Freeport 9, with the added cost of our services. This is subject to re-negotiation per month.
I hope you find this a reasonable price, but of course this is open for discussion

Your terms and prices are agreed upon. I have instructed the loadmasters at the station to set the prices according to your quote and we are ready for deliveries. Please see the overview of the station needs, set prices and maximum capacity below.
In case neither OSI nor MFE wishes to end or alter the delivery agreement before the expiration of the term, it will be considered automatically prolonged for the next month at agreed terms. Alteration or cancellation of the delivery agreement shall be done at a minimum of 5 days prior to continuation set at the 1st of every month.

All items should be available at Freeport 9 yet traders can obtain the said items from any location they desire. It is our wish to have the Academy station filled to at least 85% as to ensure to accommodate the staff, students and patients on board.

The end of the Sol is near and this is not only a time where people celebrate, it is also a time where people get together again. As many of our students and interns have to work during these festive times, we are expecting a lot of their relatives to spend time at the academy next to their kin. For this reason it is vital that the academy is fully stocked as to accommodate the visitors.
Currently our supplies are running a bit low and I would like to ensure that our cargo hold is filled with all the supplies to make us through the upcoming end of Sol period. Can you once again supply the academy with the goods agreed upon per contract and ensure the academy hold is fully stocked?
