Recipient: Elected governor of Keijo, Matsuo Yuriko
Subject: Getting know each other properly ?
Respected governor of Keijo,
I am Nina Rodriguez. A member of the Brotherhood and I am a centurion. You can consider it as ambasador title. In my case for Kusari. Today, while I was in Kusari having a talk with an officer from the local police and the governor of Hoshu, someone from your organisation caught my curiousity.
On this beautiful day, I am contacting you to get know each other a bit better. The said person, I think he was named... Takayuki. He said we were a bunch of barbars pirating everything that move. But I want to make things clear with you. If you have a place where we can meet, let me know. We will simply talk but I can understand you would like to have an escort.
Your offer flatters me but as the elected governor my duty is to my people. Unfortunately, this duty provides that I take care of the affairs of Keijo first and attend to personal matters second. Thus, I am too busy to meet you and have to respectfully decline your offer. Moreover, I do not believe that you and I have many reasons to get to know each other better. The Republic of Keijo has entrusted its foreign policy to the Empire of Kusari and if the latter decides that the people of Crete shall be tolerated then we shall oblige. It does not mean, however, that you will miraculously earn our trust overnight. If you feel absolutely necessary to further your agenda with Keijo - then you should prove your amity to our self-defence forces. If they get to trust you - you are on the right way. Prove it with your actions, and, perhaps, we will reconsider our stance and your offer.

Respected governor of Keijo,
I understand your position governor Matsuo Yuriko. I too, have a duty for my people. Like I mentionned, I am a centurion within Kusari and my goal is to oversee if everything goes well between the empire of Kusari and The Brotherhood.
From what I have been aware of, we have more a status of mercenary within Kusari. I cannot speak for all the other corsairs because I don't represent them. I also can't make the decision to make Keijo as an ally without talking about it to The Elders. So... Yes, I contacted you more for personal reasons for now.
Because I am the only one within Kusari, I cannot split myself into two entities. But I can tell you that I will behave well toward Keijo's ships and the self-defence forces if I see them. I can also tell you that if the self-defence forces need me to deal with Golden Chrysanthemums, Blood Dragons, Outcasts or other groups, I will do my best to make it.
On this, I deem there is nothing else to add. I will stay in Kusari for a while so if I see someone from Keijo, I will just say a ''Hello'' or maybe we will see each other. Anyway, I wish you a good day governor Yuriko.

Elected governor of Keijo, Matsuo Yuriko,
I hope you are doing well. To be honest, I have met again the same freighter pilot, Takayuki. I escorted him for a moment and in Honshu, near Planet Honsu, a chrysanthemum appeared while I was leaving. I changed direction and jumped on the occasion to demolish it. But... it ended up bad for me...
Anyway. It's just to say that the freighter pilot is safe. A hogosha pilot ended the job that I had started.
I also had a question. If you are busy with Keijo's developement, I could come to the colony and like this, we may meet?
You are a persistent one, I give you that. As I have mentioned before the external affairs of the Republic of Keijo are handled by the Empire of Kusari. Thus, if you are allowed within Kusari, you are allowed within Keijo. This does not give you immediate permission to visit our capital - and the only city on Keijo so far - but I will give you the benefit of a doubt and allow your visit to Keijo-city.
As you might have heard, I will be resigning soon and giving way to the first elections. I might get elected or might not, the voters will decide. If you still want to meet with me despite these future developments, you can come to the colony administration center and request a meeting with me.

Elected governor of Keijo, Matsuo Yuriko,
It is a pleasure to hear from you again. As you say it, I am really persistent and it brought me where I am today.
I effectively heard that you will resign soon of your position. I won't gonna lie but it surprised me to hear that. However, I am sure you will be elected again. I am confident about this. Nevertheless, I still want to meet you. When I will be back in Kusari, I will come to the colony administration.

Buenos tardes,
First of all, I hope you are doing well. I must say I have been busy with some matters far in Rheinland and in our empire. Some things were not pretty... However, I am now free and disposed to visit Kusari. In fact, it's just to see how things are.
Tell me, is there a moment you can spare? I'd like to talk and also visit Keijo while I am around.
Greetings from Keijo. I am sorry to get to you late. I am no longer the governor. I lost the election to the new governor, Kasumi Fujimori, after the attack of slavers not so long ago and the failure to prevent it. I am still involved in local politics but not in the administration. If you are still interested in meeting even though my position is no longer important, our doors are open. I suppose, there might be concerns as to a Corsair visiting after that attack. However, your people tried to defend the colony so I doubt anyone would openly object to your visit especially if you have an invitation from a local and your visit is expected.

You are no longer governor? How do you take it? Badly?
I am also surprised to learn from you there was an attack from the Outcast to Keijo.. I hope there was no numerous victim from your side. It also pleases me to hear that Corsairs did try to protect Keijo.
Anyway. Even if you are no more a governor I am still willing to pay a visit. I will be available tomorrow if that’s possible.
