To whoever is in command of the Gaian movement right now.
I am contacting you as a representative of The Order. We have held an amiable relationship in the past, enjoying free trade and staging points in House of Bretonia. Unfortunately we have not spoken in a longer while for a variety of reasons including numerous episodes involving lack of any central authority among Gaians. Considering the loss of Leeds, and your struggle to liberate Gaia considered successful, we wish to learn about your current mission objectives. Primarily, The Order wants to know whether our agendas are not in a conflict, or at least align on the subject of eradication of Nomads and other potential shared undesirables that we may or not consider danger to humanity as a whole.
Outside of that, The Order can reciprocate with ensuring access to our exports. Our homeworld may offer sanctuary for those for whom even the fringe of Bretonian space is too dangerous a premise to their continued safety. Perhaps your biologists may find local fauna and flora to be of interest. We also produce and distribute the best small arms in the entire Sirius sector - far better than Coalition’s contraptions, and far above subpar light arms Ageira and Daumann assented for export. Ultimately I do not cross out the possibility of exchanges for hardware the size of starships, if we get to know each other better.

Th' infamous Order. Pleasure t'speak again. We've already had some contact with you, a discussion from our captain to your agents regarding th' situation in Orkney. Somethin' we keep ah close eye on, of course.
I'm Mary, representing th' Trodaiche Squadron an' our cell. To that point, you'll be hard pressed to find any singular leader for our movement. It is ah movement after all, a fight for better lives for our people. We leave th' political figureheadin' to the political parties an' such, at least f'the moment. Times have changed, an' sometimes we have t'change with'em.
You're laying out quite ah lot of wants and asks, so let's slow it down a touch and let's find out th' "why"s. Firstly, what interest do y'have in Bretonia? T'my understanding your lot goes and blasts those xeno-forms, something we've rarely had t'deal with in the Kingdom. Most of th'issues are up in Orkney an' the Tau Cluster.
Last ah knew, your homeworld met ah fate similar to Leeds, so you'll have t'expand on that export part.
And th' Gaians aren't a clandestine group, though we try to keep our inner workings quiet for obvious reasons. You can read or watch most news sources to understand what we fight for. But I'll break it down for yah here, too. We fight for ah better living standard for our people, th' Bretonian people. We stand against the corruption caused by corporations that exploit th' native biospheres an' space further exploiting the average citizen. It was allowed to run rampant for centuries, an' look what destroying our own homes got us. Harsh acid rains an' storms, toxic pollutants in just 'bout everything. Livespans for th'average worker dropping down to sixty years in th' last official report, but rumoured to be down to forty or thirty these days.
Th' blame of course is on th' corporations. Planetform with their mishandled terraformin', BMM an' their mistreatment of lives and polluting our homes. One can blame the Crown too sometimes, but we ain't ah revolutionary movement. Just need ah better life for our families an' people.
Hope that clears up some things, an' ah look forward to y'reply.
Individual cells? I suppose we can work with that, so long that the vast majority is on the same boat.
Despite being what you could call… an independent intelligence agency with interest in remaining clandestine within the confines of House space, the common single best angle for maintaining healthy diplomatic relationships across Sirius is to be honest and upfront about our needs, offers and expectations on a short and long term basis. The Order, besides doing the aforementioned Nomad extermination campaign, is interested in maintaining forward operating bases, listening outposts and supply base for patrols that may or may not necessarily be directed into Bretonia if the situation requires. Our reach is practically any system inhabited by humans and Nomads and we intend to keep it that way. We are also recognized as outlaws, Junkers have a notable reputation of selling out their clients when pushed by the authorities and alternatives are not all that enticing. We are looking for reliability and by far, we have never been disappointed in the Gaians. It may be worth mentioning that people fighting for concise ideology such as you are easier and more pleasant to work with, rather than engage with a criminal cartel that above all is loyal to Sirius Credit.
We cannot help you directly with unrestricted and heavily pollutant outdated industrial policies that affect your home. Corporations are not our modus operandi unless they dabble in technologies that may be a threat to mankind at large such as Alien related research. However many of us can relate to your sentiment as one particularly militant business had set up shop in Omicrons and remains a thorn in our sides since, I am talking about Core right now. Your notion that you desire to reform your state instead of installing another regime or system are noted. In return I will share that our most prominent targets of opportunity include Core - aforementioned border world PMC, notably an offshoot of Bounty Hunter’s Guild and a staunch ally of the Bretonian regime. Another of our rivals are Auxesia - yet another branch of the ‘family’ founded and led by an infected figurehead splitting off from Core. Final faction that may be relevant to astropolitics of Bretonia are the Outcasts, whom we consider mutants that had sold the remainder of their humanity to either Core, Nomads, policy of systematic Sirius-wide cardamine enslavement, or all of those combined.
You are right in regards to Planet Toledo, Miss. It has been destroyed by the Nomads and we were forced to cut our losses and depart into deeper Omicron space. Toledo today is volcanic rock that is expected to be settled within a couple of centuries at the earliest. However we had a fallback point that location of will be shared with you when we could consider Gaians a potential supplier on top of you having an ability to actually reach that place. As far as our exports go, palladium and Kemwer are something we can source. Palladium is a rare earth metal that is not restricted by the law anywhere and provides some legitimate and ethical income for less adventurous smugglers. Kemwer is the brand of our light arms and I would prefer to go on a comm without describing its quality and sounding like a salesman. I hope its reputation has reached your ears.

So most of what you say s'agreeable. Nobody likes those people from Alpha, as some in Liberty call them "Genefreaks". The Junkers keep making themselves very unwanted. It's a wonder how they ain't been targeted more. Regardless.
There's ah logistical concern you've brought up. How much of ah canvasser you're bein' for your wares, it's not like your normal space is very close. One would say Bretonia is on th' opposite side of the sector. Quite literally. We do as needed movement of goods, but we can't really send transports so far into th' dangerous Edge Worlds. That sounds like an easy way for our ships t'get lost.
If you need help openin' up on some aliens, by all means call us. Same with th' bounty hunters or what have you. Ah dunno why we would risk much else for you though. Funnily, you ain't th' first "intelligence" organization tryin' t'get information on our things. If y'want an exchange, it has t'at least be an equal one. Right now, we're simply riskin' more by helping you out as much as you're requestin'. We don't have unlimited funds t'open up new offices if one gets compromised.
