Greetings, IND, the latest happenings in the late time prove to be rather...troubling. While the Rogues offer your ships the protection, while you haul goods, which interest us, I am starting to feel, that a few of your pilots don't seem to really appreciate this, given the recent bounty placed by the [IND]Break.Even on me and my fellow pilot. See...I may find it amusing to suddenly be swarmed by three mercenaries, but to have it done because of a man, who could not do something we ask from him and saying "no" all the time, an IND ship, who we try to help sometimes, given the place and the cargo you haul, while not arousing suspicion from the local authorities, is rather....unforgivable.
My barghest is out of order, i lost a few goodies, which were on board and now, before my lass there is tempted to open fire on any IND ship to dock on our base, I would rather settle this via diplomacy.
This is no threat, more like a heads-up to explain to this man, who you Don't put bounties on, while docking on their bases.

It has recently come to my attention that the was an incident involving one of our employees and a few of your fine pilots. Some weapons fire was exchanged between you and the escort ships, resulting in the loss of some equipment on your part, if I am to understand correctly. All of the happenings surrounding this event are not known to me so I must apologize in advance if I happened to miss something. I hold our relationship with the Rogues in the highest regard, and do not wish to jepordize this with a minor "disagreement". While we are not cut from the same cloth, our ideas and beliefs run down the same paths, and we have had a working relationship for many years now.
I wish to resolve this matter as quickly and painlessly as possible, and given your intelligent letter, I'm sure that we can come to an agreement that will be beneficial to both of our factions.
I have already authorized a shipment of 10,000 light arms to Buffalo via private carrier as a peace offering. You should expect the shipment in the next day.

Greetings, Mr. Jake Cutter, as I said, it is not a threat or the such, and, of course, i would never allow a relatively stable relationship fall apart, because of one man. It was only a heads-up so to speak. He chuckles slightly. And thank you for the gift, it will be used wisely, now our new recruits are getting used to infiltration missions, so a good sidearm is of a great value right now. My rogues will keep an eye on the IND ships, who haul from and to our bases, hopefully this incident shall not change the relationships.
