Grand Admiral Michal Golanski,
It has been awhile since we've talked, something I am keen on rectifying. Our alliance and the treaty that followed have yielded great results in the battle against our common enemies. I've received many reports praising the collaboration between our pilots and I've no doubt this will remain the case in the battles to come. We've broached this topic before but I think it's time to develop our relationship even further. Our foes continue to adapt and we must remain ever vigilant or pay the price of complacency. The recent joint attacks of Core and Outcasts in Omicron Xi seeking to destroy our installations was a bold move. I'll speak plainly - we'll both benefit from active intel sharing and technology exchange. With our engineers and your expertise, I've no doubt we'll be able to improve upon our current ship designs and squeeze out some efficiency. History is a witness of what our shared minds can achieve.
I'm interested to hear your thoughts on the matter and further our alliance to the next level. If you feel the need for a lengthy discussion on this topic - I can suggest meeting on Deterrence Sanctum in person, where we can draft an agreement.
Atentamente, Executor Ravenna Nagash

Give me the liberty to know, to utter, and to argue freely according to conscience, above all liberties.
I have talked at lengths with the rest of High Command on this subject. You are universally valued as a good neighbour, especially considering every other denizen of the Omicrons. I will address two points individually.
Intelligence sharing, on both tactical and strategic level on the subject of our shared enemies is approved unconditionally and will be implemented at earliest convenience once specific details of this arrangement will be ironed out. This may perhaps necessitate opening up liaison offices on each other’s respective territories and expanding communication infrastructure for increased throughput of data, as well as reliability.
High Command also explored viability and options concerning your second proposition: the technology exchange. We have come to consensus that fighters and bombers are most liable to be traded away on equal terms as a start, together with weapon systems to match. Typically, we also ask what you will be interested personally in from the stock of aforementioned hardware and its intended applications. From our side, the biggest interest is in equipping our soldiers of Cretan origin, as well as veterans who have had history using Corsair equipment during the previous alliance. As a natural matter of course within our ranks, due to the sensitivity of this request we are more than willing to minimise exposure to those who would consider you amicable, but not necessarily view The Order in the same light to spare you unnecessary diplomatic incidents. Considering your achievements so far, I have confidence that your soldiers can carry themselves with the same level of thought and awareness despite harsh conditions that moulded your civilization into what it is today.
I must apologize in the name of the Executor for the delayed reply. As you probably know, there's been an exchange of seats and Executor Nagash is no longer available. I'm sure you know more than I can tell, as The Order has eyes and ears everywhere.
Anyway, to the matter at hand: our High Command agrees to move forward with sharing fighters and bombers at this time. It is not something we commonly do as Corsairs, but as our alliance grows stronger we find ourselves going into battles hand-in-hand more often. It would be of great benefit if both sides familiarize themselves with the technology and know each strength and weakness of each vessel. It'll grant us a tactical advantage over our common enemies.
To give you a more specific answer: our interest is to diversify our fleet and get a better understanding of the technologies of our allies to form effective battle strategies.
As a Cretan engineer myself, I am very thrilled to see how The Order's tech compares to ours. I'm sure it's no less of a marvel than ours.
Now, as the Executor mentioned before, would you still like to meet in-person and draft an agreement in detail?
It took a long time, however Order Overwatch cannot come to consensus regarding this request. Everytime we come to discuss this, High Command cannot agree on a solid course of action.
I do not think you will be surprised to hear that, after all I believe it is a sign of pride for some of you. Corsairs are known to be vicious fighters, rightfully feared across the colonies. Reputation you earned and maintained for centuries. Unfortunately, this also brings problems. We both have a multitude of enemies. An estimate about half of our naughty list is shared between The Order and Corsairs. It is a good basis on which to maintain peace with your kind. Between useless Zoners, treacherous communists, alien menace, Maltese mutants and Core freaks, you are the only bastion of humanity that can be depended on.
However the other side of the argument needs to be taken into consideration as well. Order ships and weapons in hands of the Corsair and vice versa will be a statement few will ignore. Our contacts in Kusari may view it as a possible act of treason. Allies who share our deeply rooted disgust of the alien. It is not just a matter of practicality but also that of honour to maintain those relationships, which I believe you understand more than well. On the contrary, we are not on good terms with your long-term trading partners like Hogosha and Samura. We do not wish to impede your own lifeline on which you depend for many commodities such as engine components, electronics and even food. We do not seek their death personally, however things diplomacy is not always black and white.
This is just one of the examples. Unfortunately with a vote amongst our leadership hinging between indifference to no, this request may in fact be considered denied. To rectify this, I would like however to discuss how to best tighten the noose around Core and apply more pressure on Sirius Coalition. I fully intend to rid of their presence from Omicrons in entirety, and that includes Omicron Gamma.
