My reputation likely precedes me but I can assure you - battle and strategy are not the only tools at my disposal. Corsairs may be experts in engineering and war but I put equal effort in my professional relationship with the various partners I engage with.

During our numerous raids in Bretonia, we've gathered a lot of intel. As a result, I've heard about your industrial and logistic complex. But while you appear to operate mainly in House space - your projects are of a freelancing nature. I believe this presents a possible business opportunity for us and you will find that Deterrence is a reliable partner.

I'll get straight to point - our Corsair Imperio faces many enemies. It goes without saying, that we need to stay on top of the competition. I am sure as a corporate exec, that you are familiar with this line of thinking. As a freelancer High Tech company that specializes in military applications and top of the line equipment, what sort of services could you potentially offer to an unorthodox business partner such as ourselves?

In the beginning, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Professor Shinzo 真三 Hashidate, Board Member of Nebula Shipping Express & Nebula Technologies ® , located at the orbit of Planet Cambridge. I am here on behalf of our CEO, Sara 冴咲 Tanaka who assigned me to exchange introductions transmissions between the Deterrence and the NSE station administration.

Your reputation precedes you indeed, and it's a pleasure to meet with you in person. We are glad that you heard of our industrial complex, and I would like to add that we do not operate in house space only, but we have several outposts outside house space in the deep omegas and omicrons realms. We do not advertise their locations since they serve better being hidden from some dangerous eyes. I am glad that the Deterrence Sanctum is seeing us as a possible business partner. We actually had some good business and interactions with some of your group before, and it was good and reliable.

The NSE is a mega industrial complex, crafting and manufacturing high-tech devices such as cloaking devices, jumpdrives, hyperspace surveys, high-tech scanners, hyperspace matrixes, docking modules, codename fighter/bomber guns and special equipment such as bluebird and high-performance furnace thrusters. We offer a good variety of products which are all top-notch and at the latest technology level around the Sirius sector. We are open for a meeting at the Omicron gamma or continuing our transmissions here or both. I would like to tell you that I worked for the Hogosha before joining the NSE team for a long time, and that made me closer to many corsair pilots around. Your people are unique and I personally hold great respect for the corsairs and understand the struggle that they have been living with, for a long time.

The NSE is open for good business with the Deterrence Sanctum anytime, but you have to understand that our main HQ is inside house space and it abides by the law there, but our outposts deep in the omicrons can serve us both very well, so we would like to hear from you when and where can we have a meeting at omicron gamma, and I will come onboard the NSE|=Anarion to visit and establish some good business. It's a delight to hear that you've had dealings with the Hogosha. I am sure we'll have a lot of stories to share over dinner, once we meet in person at Sanctum. I'm also happy to understand that you have several undisclosed outposts in the Omicrons. Dealing outside of Bretonia would certainly make things easier.

I will cut to the chase and get to business:

I need an independent team of contractors with a high level of expertise in manufacturing and engineering. This operation would require confidentiality and to be executed in a remote location. To be transparent - the reason why I am willing to involve outsiders instead of our Corsair technical crew is because I am waiting for a shipment of vessels outside of the usual rank and file ships employed by our great Imperio. While our own military assets have proven countless times to be top of the line in terms of survival and on the battlefield - I am interested in some more unorthodox methods. I would like a crew of your choosing to review, design, and improve upon the original concept of the vessels I am expecting. My engineers will then review the completed work.

Once, our benefactor completes the delivery to Sanctum, I can notify you to organize a personal visit. We can discuss details and finalize our deal. Upon confirmation, we can deliver the ships for modification to a location designated by you. We can pick them up upon contract completion.
