My guess is they keep it in Xeno territory and move it oftenly so that it is more of a propaganda tool for their troops of their "Republic", than an actual tool of warfare.

We run on our encounter with FRS-Roanoke. Johnny was held up 180° away from the Roanoke but he could still see it looming over. The weaponry was analyzed too. That's all we have as concrete evidence: it (may) be the flagship of their "Republic"; it's still active and most probably in Ontario the most.
For the other ships, we've looked far and wide and seen no evidence of them even surviving. The Harmony might really be destroyed. The Enterprise might have been hijacked, destroyed, or destroyed itself to avoid its crew being taken alive. All possibilites are valid; but there is one fact, they're most likely dead. And, we have read the thread, hence the existence of this channel. We know about your 20,000,000. Honestly, it's low. We have all agreed aboard.
