To Whom it may Concern,
Starlight Research Consortium, a rather odd name for a research group but I suppose we're in strange times these days.
While we wait on NSE to complete another project we have pending with them, we're reaching out to you as you may have some important data that we need to further our R&D on the CROATOAN. We've been told by a vessel named "The.Stagecoach" that you lack a shipyard capable of drydock for our vessel. This is fine as we have another location capable of working on our ship in secret. What we need from you is data related to the "Baxter Anomalies".
Rest assured, we won't be utilizing this data for anything nefarious, rather we will be utilizing the data obtained from the anomalies to further our R&D research into the purpose for the CROATOAN. Any and all research we are working on is classified, but we are not utilizing this data for anything except stealth.
Let us know your fee for this data, at this time we require 200 petabytes of data pertaining to the anomalies. How this deal goes will depend on if we utilize you and yours for outsourcing certain projects we have ongoing that we may need future assistance on...not all of our needs require a drydock.
We have the money, do you have the data?
We are nearby, let us know.

P.S. - Any meetings between individuals seeing the CROATOAN will require a background check plus signed NDA. Any breaking of this NDA won't be favorable for your party. I would recommend not breaking it.

Ah, I'm glad to make your acquaintance. The maestro of the mystic in-between, myself, can certainly help you with this endeavor. While our operations are just scaling up with regards to the research reports we produce. Time can certainly be made to generate specific data reports with regards to your needs. Obviously an NDA can be signed as apart of this deal. However I cannot explicitly guarantee full discretion. Tau 23 is a very busy place, Ikarus is a very busy station. If you are looking to true anonymity these reports can be brought to you directly.
In any case we'll be looking at a grand total of a little over half a billion credits. Quite the spender aren't we?
