On board of one of your battleships? Quite an interesting proposal. Are you afraid that if negotiations go south, you'll require so many security forces?
I am almost flattered.
A more civil place, such as Durham Outpost or this new shipping platform in Tau-31 appear to be more suitable options. Kusarian visitors on a Bretonian battleship are prone to cause some of your men to concern themselves with our appearance more than they should at this point. The named options are frequently visited by Keiretsu merchants, nobody will bat an eye and question our reasons to be there.

Representatives,

I wish to stress the importance of holding future meetings on warships serving under Her Majesty not due to the look such an event would lead to, but due to the presence of most meeting offices being on such warships. Though we understand that such may not be the case in Kusari, the Kingdom of Bretonia has, since many centuries past, maintained its most important offices designed for such diplomatic, or military, meetings to take place in.

However, we see no issue with sending our delegations to Lewes Station in the Tau-31 system either. As the HMS Macduff stands in the vicinity, ample protection will be provided for both sides.

I will be departing for Tau-31 at earliest. Please do not hesitate to inform us when the Hogosha is able to send its delegates to the previously-mentioned base.
