They called him Reckless. They called him zealous, and there were even doves within the Liberty Navy itself who tried to disgrace those who followed his bold orders. But today we have cleared the memory of Admiral Dylan Brandt and his Delaware. He was the spearhead of the Kansas and Vespucci campaign, ever since he ordered the rush for the Insurgency's carotid we have stood by his side.
Brandt had only one thing on his mind - swift Duty, Honor, and Liberty. And we have followed. His final bold orders will forever be immortalized in Liberty's history books.
Vindication
The First Armada is proud to announce that we have all but won. Dylan Brandt and his sacrifice were proven right. The First Armada has been proven right. "Recklessness" can now be called nothing more than bold heroism.
We can announce to the citizens of Liberty that today after fourteen hundred hours our scouting forces have engaged a massive insurgent fleet consisting of the warships INS-Richmond, [IN]-Excommunicado, INS-Justice, Amphion, and others in Omicron Nu. Their destination? Far away from Liberty, and they do not plan on returning.
Some of the quotes from their disgraced commanders are as follows:
Quote:[] INS-Justice: Armstrong: I flee The stinking pile of garbage of Liberty. The greener grass is somewhere far away from Liberty.
[] [IN]-Excommunicado: Erwin Smith: You better stay away, Navy. We've already lost in Vespucci. We are Joining a different cause!
The Fallout
The children of Manhattan are now safe from the dangerously deluded Insurgent ideology. Songs shall be sung in Delaware's and Admiral Dylan Brandt's names, for this over fourteen-year-old nightmare is now over. What remains are arrests of those who didn't manage to flee yet, smoking out any remaining hidden Insurgent Cells in Vespucci. Before long we will turn the Liberty Navy's gaze upon the California system's smuggling infestation, and begin the process of taking full control of the Ontario system and its Xeno terrorist problem and securing our connection with Crayter.
We want to thank the citizens of Liberty who stood behind us in these trying times for it is thanks to you that we are whole again.
The House of Liberty can once again focus on the future of unity, prosperity, and hope.
