Guten Tag.

I am Liam Engel, a Rheinland Military soldier, former Rheinland Military Admiral, and former Flotillenadmiral des Büros des Marinenachrichtendienstes. I am contacting you on my own behalf. The conflict between Imperials and Federals has not been unnoticed by the Sirius community and reached its peak during the first Rheinland civil war almost two years ago. During the Imperial coup, many officers that have not supported them have been marked as enemies of the state myself included, these "crimes" have been pardoned by the new government of Rheinland that has been formed after the civil war.

There is a reason I am doing this. I have always been proud of Rheinland, and I was proud to serve it as Admiral and Flottilenadmiral during the entire military career I had never doubted Rheinland, never. Now, almost a year after the end of the civil war my home leaves a sour taste in my mouth. I've thought a very long time about this and I do believe das der Orden will be the right place for me, a person with my abilities and knowledge. Not only am I seeking "shelter" from the Imperial dogs, but I am also looking for a chance to do something that feels right again. It doesn't matter to me anymore if after this message the entire law enforcement of Rheinland will be hunting me down. As I already made plans to disappear if this right here goes down south.

Interesting career you have, Admiral. Rheinland Military and Bureau both, in addition to staying loyal to the system you signed up to protect. Normally, we would recommend exfiltration through multiple civilian installations scattered around the Sigmas, however considering Rheinland’s recent past with GMG, this limits any possibilities to Newport in 13, also in the past referred to as Yanagi. However someone as resourceful as you will likely have no problem making it out much farther than that, if not already done so.

We will need your intended rendezvous. The standard fare is undergoing a scan against Nomad biomass, followed by an interview. Furthermore, if you have any family or dependants, we are capable of finding them a new home: whether within Order itself or somewhere else in the colonies will entirely depend on your choice.

Admiral Golanski. I remember your appearance in Rheinland briefly, roughly five years ago in Frankfurt. I've made my way through Hessian and Corsair territory to Omega-41. I am currently on Freeport 5 where I will be waiting for your Agents to give me a visit. I have nobody left in Rheinland that has any meaning to me, mostly because I am an orphan, there is no family that I know of Admiral.
