On 18th January, between 20:24:29 - 20:44:23, I've been withness to an armed conflict between assorted parties, including Freelancers, The Core, ALG, Outcasts, and the Technocracy of Auxo and occured in the high orbit of planet Hammersee in Sigma 15, present Büro and Military personnel refrained from engaging and focused on security and integrity of our own assets. From what I could conclude per my on-spot judgement, Core, Outcasts and mercenaries on their side are the offending party while Technocracy and ALG are the defending party. These events therefore constitute to violations of several lawful articles, such as:

Assault on Rheinland corporations, civilians within Rheinland space. (The Core, mercenaries, Outcasts)
Unathorised possession of military grade equipment. (Caliban)

I need not insist on taking urgent legal measures to resolve this incident, launch an investigation and punish those responsible, ensuring nothing like this is going to repeat close by Rheinland borders. Especially a guarantee from The Core, as greater benefecators of cordial relationship between Rheinland, and their paramilitary organisation. You need not worry of the small fry, as it's primarily our concern from here on as I have reasons to believe some of Büro had a role to play in this Valkyrie making way into mercenaries' hands, as well as ALG. These, however, are merely my speculations for now.

Regardless, I am attaching all relevant visual data and transcripts below.
