Laws and Customs of the Marches

This document contains the entirety of the information about the marches of the Kingdom of Bretonia and their laws and customs respectively.
Definition and Territory of the Marches
By decree of Carina I, Queen of Bretonia, Empress of Tau, Sovereign of the systems of Edinburgh, Exeter, Inverness and Nottingham, Protector of the Systems of Cortez and Magellan, the territories bordering the Kingdom of Bretonia shall hereby be restructured into the March of New Cambria and the March of New Anglia.
New Cambria shall contain the systems of Tau-31 (Jointly with the Republic of Crayter), Tau-23, Edinburgh, Cortez (As per Treaty of Curacao) and Magellan.
New Anglia shall contain the systems of Nottingham (Omega-3) and Exeter (Omega-48).
Marches shall directly govern territories under their control for the Monarch. Each March shall be represented by a Lord Warden receiving complete autonomy from the Bretonian Government and representing the Crown of Bretonia. The Lord Warden will ensure that subjects of the Crown, or partners, or subjects of the March, will comply with agreements signed and may conduct meeting with relevant organizations.
Customs for installations
Installations located within the territory of either March may apply for a registration license for purpose of defence, supply, etcetera as detailed in the below part of the document.
Registration licenses for bases are arranged in three levels, each with different benefits and with a higher fee. Each registration license shall be analyzed individually. Licenses given may be revalidated quarterly and may last for no longer than 1 (one) quarter if the fee is not received. Starting monthly, or quarterly, fee is 50 Million Sirius Credits, respectively 250 Million. Each level shall increase the fee by no more than 50 Million Credits monthly. The Lord Warden shall ensure that any Level 3 License holders may benefit from the stipulated articles below. All fees are to be paid to the QCG|HMS-Dauntless Neural-Net account. For the completion of tasks such as supply operations, each license holder shall offer the Bretonian Law Enforcement Agencies, Corporations and any other third party as requested by the Lord Warden docking rights.
License levels are as follows:
Level 1 License: Receival of Base License, Increased defence priority;
Level 2 License: Receival of Base License, Increased defence priority, Supply in case of attack;
Level 3 License: Receival of Base License, Increased defence priority, Supply at all times.
List of Registered Installations
The following list of installations contains all the registered bases within the Marches, in addition to their current state of operation and license level. The list may be utilized by any Bretonian Law Enforcement Agency at their disclosure.
