To whom this may concern,
Your installation has been found in breach of the Charter of Interstellar Law due to its allowance for hostile organizations to dock on and utilize. We are therefore ordering you to close the facility to all organizations hostile to the Kingdom of Bretonia, with evidence posted over this channel of communication, within 72 hours.

Esteemed representatives of the Armed Forces of Bretonia, I bid you a good day and apologize for the delay in getting back to you and any inconvenience this mishap might have caused.
But before we get to the point of the matter, let me introduce myself. I am Caden Harlan, the principal owner of the independent freight company that bears my namesake, and the current administrator of this facility.
We have recently acquired the rights to this formerly Zoner-run research outpost and are in the process of converting it to a shipping facility to serve our needs, and the needs of our clients and friendly independent merchants.
Unfortunately the Zoners left in a hurry and we have had trouble accessing parts of the station ever since due to a lack of the proper passcodes. It's possible some of the less well-meaning friends of the former owners had been left with secret backdoors and knowledge of how to access the facility in a covert way, during the occasional power outages on the station.
I have ordered an immediate internal investigation and an emergency lockdown of all docking ports on the station. Any ship of the Her Majesty's Armed, Intelligence or Police forces will still be cleared to land, should the situation require it.
Please find the proof of the new docking protocols attached.
Rest assured, your Office will be properly informed when our investigation is concluded.
