We reach out during turbulent times through Sirius, and we hope that our message will not be in vain, nor will our desire to bring the military forces of Sirius closer together on mutual affairs.
On this day, we send a transmission to announce that Her Majesty's Armed Forces have begun officially backing and recognizing the newly-created Bounty Board operated by former Guildsmen to provide benefits for the many Bounty Hunters present in the Colonies and beyond, and to request that the Liberty Navy, Rheinland Military, and the Kusari Naval Forces respectively, also begin supporting this Bounty Board in their respective Zones of Control and, should it be so desired, also financially with donations.
We also welcome any interest towards coordinating with the Bounty Board operators such that local unlawful organizations are added to the list of targets. Please consult the current list here
The Admiralty Board bids our close partners a good evening.
Guten morgen, esteemed Offiziere.
This is certainly a commendable initiative. Indeed I believe that the cooperation between our various forces is key to maintaining the relative peace we managed to achieve in recent years. However, due to the differences between our houses, our current laws are best suited to individuals seeking approval from the house(s) they plan to operate in.
Those interested in operating in Rheinland must familiarize themselves with our laws, and register on the bounty board we are currently maintaining. There are three separate points I want to highlight here:
The Bundschuh are currently not an official enemy of the Kaiserliche Rheinwehr. All individuals are to be observed closely, and previous offenders are to be arrested for further interrogation. Interfering with this status quo by, for example, engaging a Bundschuh vessel during interrogation can be considered violations of §2.4 or §2.5. I would recommend the removal of the Bundschuh from the board proposed above.
All hunters MUST register on the bounty board supported by us before being able to claim bounties on their own behalf. Otherwise, the approval of a Rheinwehr member on scene is necessary. Indeed, all hunters are incentivized to do so, as they would be able to collect both from our bounty board and this initiative.
I would remind all hunters that capital ships (cruiser class and above) without prior registration are not permitted in Rheinland space. They may fill out this application to receive an operating license. However, in the interest of time, I would recommend contacting the Kaiserliche Rheinwehr node and ask that their message be transferred to me directly. They may outline the tactical plan and the duration of the operation, and I will grant them a temporary license if I believe it has merit.
I wanted to re-iterate that I believe these type of initiatives to have considerable potential. With some additional attention to be paid to house law, all interested hunters should certainly avail themselves of you benefits. In terms of support, I am prepared to advertise your bounty board via our regular announcement channels. At this time, all the funds allocated to supporting independent operations are invested into our own board, but this may change in the future.
Für den Kaiser! Für das Volk! Für Rheinland!
Hochachtungsvoll,
Alfred Henze
Konteradmiral der Kaiserlichen Rheinwehr

Good evening.
Santo Kaisa Mizui Naruhito speaking on behalf of the Naval Operations Headquarters.
The Naval Forces honor the idea behind this bounty board and endorse Bretonia's sponsorship for it, however the target zones laid out by the bounty board are clashing with the Imperial Stellar Codex of Kusari.
Paragraph IV-3a: The Bounty Hunters Guild is allowed to operate freely within the system of Shikoku. Bounty Hunter vessels also can chase a criminal to the neighbouring systems under the jurisdiction of the Empire of Kusari but no further than 15k from the jumphole or jumpgate used to enter such a neighbouring system.
The Naval Forces see no legal issues with the bounty board once its claimable zones for Kusari have been adjusted to only involve the system of Shikoku.
Naturally, as previously laid out by our Rheinländer counterpart represented by Herr Henze, all Hunters are to be familar with the interstellar laws in the areas they operate in. This applies to Kusari just as it applies to every other great house. We would also suggest this bounty board initiative to promote and advertise existing boards run by each respective house authorities. Seeing as many Hunters see credits as main incentive to even lift a finger, they would surely welcome an easy and clean overview on boards they can utilize in addition to this.. hm, common one.
This would be all from our side.
In service of Kusari, Santo Kaisa Mizui Naruhito
