Guten Tag Bauleiter Linhardt,
First of all, I want to thank our Bergbaudirektor, Friedrich Gross für making it possible for us to have the ownership of the Nuremberg Border Station!
As to the matter at hand, previously we discussed in our internal board meetings that we see great prospects in the mining and refining of Premium Scrap in the Texas system. Including in these prospects, this base might be a good opportunity to reconcile friendly relations between Rheinland and Liberty factions.
We are still awaiting approval from the Liberty Government for moving said base to the Texas system. However, as the station not only changes owners but also it's function, you are to proceed with tweaking it's IFF to our company and rebrand the station as Eupen Handelsplatz. Also you should prepare for the movement in case we get the all-clear from Liberty. If you need additional resources for movement of parts, Transportdirektor Lukas Becker has extra ships and manpower available.
Mit freundlichen Grüßen,
Basti Legion Vorsitzender of SEO Sirius Entsorgung Vorstandsbüro

Herr Legion, it is good to hear that our previous purchase is about to bear fruit, as it were.
I will contact the company I employed with Koepchen. Their turnaround time is less than a week, with another day for actually completing the re-registration in the neural net. Thus far I have not had any issues, though Manz came by after the reset to update the docking restrictions.
I heard from Proch that the base has been restored to a stable state. If Herr Becker will continue to post resupply contracts, I am sure we can maintain the base indefinitely until the move. Please let me know what the Libertonians say - a move and re-assembly of this scale will likely require some oversight.
I would like at least 20,000 units of cargo to be made available for the move. With this much tonnage in a convoy, I believe we will also need all available pilots on deck. I would like to invite Herr Becker and Herr Braun to make recommendations about transport and security schedules. I believe we can make do with two trips, with any additional structural reinforcement to be purchased from Planet Houston.
I will be providing a detailed outline of the move soon, and I hope we manage to secure this license. If not, there are always alternative locations I'm able to recommend.

Guten Morgen Herr Becker.
With the base relocation approved, I believe it is time to consider a pre-supply of construction materials. I will be traveling to Planet Houston to determine if there is adequate warehouse space for us to lease. If I find something at a reasonable price, I will go ahead and purchase the lease, and then leave it to you to figure out the transport contracts.
Alternatively, we may be permitted to dump the materials right near the designated location of the base. I will survey the system with the Brassburg's sensors to determine if we can make use of the local Lagrange points. Otherwise, I believe it will still be possible to leave the materials on the float and tag them with buoys, but that will likely not be pleasant for the locals.
I will create an updated report after I return to Koepchen.

Guten Morgen Herr Becker.
My trip to Planet Houston has been quite productive, though in different ways than I imagined. Essentially, we are able to use Houston's manufacturing facilities to reinforce the base, instead of having to ship in alloys from New Berlin. The Libertonians have quite an ingenious way of maintaining and constructing bases. You see, they don't sacrifice inner structural integrity, but rather build up ablative layers over a solid core, which allows... Ahem. You will find this type of information in my detailed report.
What this means for us is that Eupen's relocation to Texas can be handled in a slightly different manner. I have already contacted the moving company I planned to employ, and they understand the new parameters. For your division, this means not needing to to make the long leg from New Berlin to Texas - instead, only a single vessel or two can be stationed on Planet Houston to make regular resupply deliveries.
I have also inquired about Robotic Hardware, seeing as the Libertonians still rely on it as much as we do. It seems that Bristol Bay Station in Bering offers competitive pricing packages in that regard. However, I would prefer to use the already established contracts with Alster, seeing as we already used it to stockpile the hardware at Koepchen.
All in all, the site chosen by Herr Legion is excellently placed, and I await the additional opportunities for business in Liberty.
