This message is for Dr. Holliday. This is Dr. Montgomery, Director and Lead Researcher for Starlight Research Consortium. We're fellow Zoners researching the mysteries of Sirius. I believe some of our people have crossed paths in recent months. I'm contacting you because of some concerns I have. I'm reaching out to you before contacting..."other parties", because I hope that you have experience in this. I cannot stress enough that what I say next remain "under wraps". I'm sure you'll understand.
Some of our people have had regular contact with Nomad entities. Either in combat or simply "speaking" with them. The thought of that deeply worries me. I need your help ensuring that my people are...still my people and not something else. I'm hoping you can help out and establish some kind of protocol for our people such as regular "scans" to ensure they remain themselves. Can't be too careful when dealing with these things.
All the best, Doctor.

Dr. Montgomery,
Forgive my delayed response. I have had an awful lot of internal matters to tend to lately. I open with a question out of concern. Who are these "other parties?" Nomad research can get someone killed nowadays.
Let us start there because I do not want people assuming that I know more than what I really do I mean, if I understood Nomads, I would be teaching about them instead of researching them.

My Good Doctor,
Unfortunately, Sailas is currently away on an expedition and out of primary contact range. I hope you'll understand that I'll be stepping in for the moment. Now with regards to these....other parties. The Consortium has been made aware of a new, classification, of K'hara entity types. Which have made a concerted effort to signify something with a few of dedicated explorer personnel. As such we are interested in establishing base profile assessments of all our staff. In addition to your recommendations to ensure an orderly flow once concerning behaviors are noted. We're also hoping that by establishing a base protocol for all returning staff it would seem less suspicious than outright requiring a specific member to undergo an assessment based on our own bias'.

Dr. Wright,
I am still a good deal concerned on the other parties matter. K'hara entity types? Dedicated explorer personnel? I still do not quite follow here. I still would like to know how you learned of this and who indicated I may have knowledge. When it comes to Nomads, I have as much to learn as anyone else.

My Good Doctor,
I understand your concerns about the other parties involved in this matter. However, I can assure you that we are taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our staff. The K'hara entity types that we are referring to are a new and potentially dangerous species that we have only recently encountered. We are still learning about their capabilities and motivations, but we believe that they may pose a threat to our personnel.
That is why we are reaching out to you for your expertise in this area. We believe that MFEs experience with medical facilities, as well as your superior training program, make you the best equipped to assist us in this venture. We would like to establish a protocol for all returning staff to undergo a base profile assessment, as well as your recommendations for ensuring an orderly flow once concerning behaviors are noted.
We understand that you may have reservations about getting involved in this matter, but we believe that it is in the best interest of both of our organizations to work together to ensure the safety of our staff. We would be grateful for your assistance in this matter.

Alright, let us meet on the matter. I can tell you some of what I have learned over the years but make no mistake, I am no expert. There is still so much to be learned about them. I will tell you this. Despite what others will tell you, they are not out to kill all of humanity. Those that choose to greet them with gunfire will tell you that. Perhaps together we can learn something new.
