I actually had a conversation with them regarding obtaining permission to conduct experiments in the Omicron systems, since they have control over the majority of those systems, along with the Outcasts, Corsairs, and the Core.
However, I encountered some difficulties with the Rheinland government. If I were to collaborate with the Order, who are still considered enemies of the state, it could lead to serious trouble for me. Therefore, I decided to stop pursuing this idea altogether. After all, besides discussing the basic concept, nothing had been accomplished anyway.

I conducted tests on some of my new equipment without the government's permission and it caused me a lot of trouble. If I continue to break the law, it could lead to serious consequences for me, including the possibility of having to shut down my station, which is a risk I cannot take.
To be clear, I have no issues with Rheinland. However, I must be cautious with my actions. Fortunately, I have managed to establish contact with the Core and they have allowed me to conduct research and excursions within their territory.
