NPCs too strong

My trader char just got literally raped twice by Corsair NPCs with TCD, after I loaded deuterium on Gran Canaria, trying to reach Dublin JH. Should I try for the third time?

Now seriously, NPCs' are ridiculously overpowered. This needs to be adressed or I'll stay on Gran Canaria forever.

Well I'm not surprised. My old adv train was blown to pieces about 5 times before I managed to go through the JH without being swarmed by corsairs.

The reason corsairs are strong is their goddamn shieldbusters. Without them, they can barely reach your hull.

I fly Adv. Train and the reasons why I'm getting blown to pieces are:
1. They're armed with Train cruise disruptors
2. There's too many of them and they laugh at transport turrets lvl 4

Well... Yea, they laugh at the transport turrets, but you should still be able to get a few of them down before you die (assuming youre being swarmed). Just get a corsair bribe. Case solved.

No a one, not a single one of them....and I didn't suck, was hitting all the time.


Bribe taken, problem solved. Although I didn't like it this way. I wanted to remain hostile to Corsairs, but these masses of powerful fighters with TCD.....just crazy.

Tell me, I lost Iridium worth 10 mil, again TWICE in Iota. But most of the time I was engaged by those nasty Nomad weapon platforms with disrupting ability. I also noticed that when I tried to jump through Alien JG, it auto-killed me (the second time).

In other words, I'm LOSING money faster than I can earn them in 4.85 and it's true, I'm not joking.

Goddammit Iota... Worst place in the world - unless you go there when there are no NPCs. Then it's heaven.

Iota is heaven indeed. Thing is, you DO NOT need to go in. Right? And it was designed as a maximally defended system.
